I got helped out by Rihanod (I think her name was) and she was SO helpful.
I had messed up the return policy and thought it was 30 days when it was in fact 15, so I thought I would have to pay for all of it and was really stressed as it was a fairly big order. She noticed I was distressed and was super nice and patient - and also gave me an exception for this time.

Changed return terms
They changed the return terms for the Netherlands, which meant I was too late to create a return label. Luckily customer service was very understanding and made an exception. Amazing customer service
Order was easy to process and quick delivery to Australia. I had to return some items and ups pick up was easy to organise for the same day.
