Perfect, but careful with sizes
For me the experience is always perfect. The product are very good quality and stay in time. I just know that I always need to take one size smaller, and it always fits (I'm usually a size 36/S, but I need to order 34/XS on Nakd).

I had to pay for their mistake
I placed an order of 2 items. NA-KD sended me 2 completely wrong items (which I allready don’t understand - but ok can happen) offcourse I returned this with the reason that I got wrong items. It was absolutely mind blowing that I have to pay for the return cost! I sended pictures as proof, contacted client”service” and still I had to pay for their mistake. Unbelievable.

I wouldn't recommend this company. Every other clothing companies who I ever bought stuff from has 28 or 30 days return policy! I know it was my fault, that I assumed NA-KD also has the same. But they only accept returns for 14 days, ridiculous. Unfortunately, I was away on holiday, so I didn't even open the parcel... and when I returned it was already too late to return (but only a few days late). I wanted to keep half the parcel, and only return a few items, that I wasn't happy with as it had slightly different colours compared to the website picture. They turned down my return request, and didn't even offer an exchange at least to keep a customer happy. Compared to other companies, this is not a great customer service, and I won't be recommending this others. Order no:EP0029098135

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
Several clothing items shrank significantly after the very first wash, even though they were washed exactly according to the care instructions. I submitted a complaint, but it was rejected without a fair resolution. I contacted customer service again, explaining the situation in detail, yet my complaint was rejected a second time.
I expected better quality and, more importantly, better customer service. When products fail despite being used as instructed, customers should not be left with unusable items.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

I had an issue with one of my orders…
I had an issue with one of my orders and the related invoice. James resolved the problem for me immediately and made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. He went above and beyond by making a kind exception for me, and that is what I call excellent customer service.
That being said, I would appreciate it if the return fee could be reduced in the future, as returning multiple items can become quite expensive.
Overall, I love shopping at NA-KD, and thanks to James' outstanding support, I will happily continue to do so. Thank you!
