Clunky in Parts
Overall, it's a good POS system with plenty of useful features. However, there are a few frustrating issues that need attention.
The cash section in POS Lite does not calculate at all on the daily report. I've reported this several times, but it still hasn't been fixed.
In POS Lite, you can't organise or reorder the product categories, which makes the interface feel clunky and inefficient.
The battery life is poor and doesn't last as long as expected.
If these issues were addressed, it would be an excellent system. At the moment, I'd rate it 3.5 out of 5 stars

Moved to Zeller from a bigger bank based eftpos merchant. The Zeller platform, and dashboard are easy to use and have funcations that we use everyday. Makes tracking payments and accouints seamless.

Couldn't be happier
Couldn't be happier. We have now had Zeller for over 12 months. The transfer from our previous provider was effortless, the fees are reasonable, money is in our bank account the next day, and the staff at Zeller are very helpfull.

This company will freeze your money if you recieve transactions over $1000 and request alot of annoying information. Not good for larger business and cause delays/frustrations stick to a real bank.

Amazing!
Being a very busy small hospitality business, it’s hard to get admin done & juggle the day to day.
Coming from Square (a customer for five years and millions of dollars transacted without support) to Zeller was eye opening, Joseleen from Zeller has been patient & has done it all behind the scenes… and i wasn’t even trading with them yet!
From Setup, to migration, daily transfers, point is sale, payment rates, Zeller is the best!
Finally! we’ve got an eftpos provider that provides support to us as a merchant!

Wow! what a joke, i do not recommend this company for any business that takes over the phone transactions! constantly holding payments time and time again and asking business to supply pages of documents and prove the transaction, even after it was explained the business model takes lots of over phone transactions. They are a admin nightmare!!!! would not recommend to any small business. They hold the transactions even after you tell them to just refund! NOT A GOOD PROVIDER

Is Zeller's refer a friend for $ reward program a fraud. It seems so.
Once again I have referred a friend who then used Zeller to qualify for both her and myself to receive the $100 referral reward. And once again this money hasn't been forthcoming. Last time I put in considerable effort to be paid the promised money. I am wondering if I will have to this again. Simply not good enough Zeller.

Honestly a great experience. My device needed a software upgrade which was handled by Paz and a technician, remotely accessed and an arranged phone call back to the minute. I loved the fact that I was talking to a human rather than a robot and Paz was friendly and efficient. I’ve gotta say I’m impressed
