Subtitles…

We could not figure how to turn off subtitles. We went to help and Jim came on l8ne. He was was brilliant. Very patient and kind to us oldies. Thankyou Jim so much

Tech are a great team

Today I was having problems with my ultra box. I chatted with a technician called Shik. He was brilliant and so helpful. The most important thing he was so patient with me as I dont understand modern tech. Thank you shik for your help, you certainly deserve a 5 star rating.

Technician

Today 31st January i had problems trying to connect my box to the tv. I realised the box would not connect because there was no internet. I went on the ulta app and spoke to Shik. Shik guided me through the process of re setting the the box. After this process i have full tv and it is working properly. Shik was excellent and so patient with me as i am a dinasour. Thank you Shik, I have learnt to reset.

I had a problem on Saturday

I had a problem on Saturday. My online chat bot was answered immediately & Shik entered the conversation. He stuck by me for several hours trying to reconnect & I had to leave the chat but I got reconnected with him Monday immediately & we persevered together for a few more hours with my older system but he got it up & running. Excellent customer service & the system is pretty good too. Little box is Easy to transport between home & holiday home. Shik was fantastic.

I have just purchases 2 boxes from…

I have just purchases 2 boxes from Ultra and the backup service is amazing. I'm giving 10 🌟 🤩 ⭐️
Shik, the technical man stayed with me untill both Ultra boxes where 100% updated and working perfectly.
One of my tv was an older model and had a problem with Crome however Shik
kindly walked me through the whole process .. .I'm delighted and thank you guys . I'm a very happy client ☺️ 100% 🫠😍😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

Ultra TV are always available to help.
They always reply to your messages promptly they are very polite and nothing is to much to ask of them.

Great service with so many channels

Great service with so many channels. I have been using this service many years now and believe it to be better than all the other services I have used. Highly recommended to anyone if you are looking for a good IPTV, on demand Movies, TV Shows and Live TV.

Great product the best I have used by a…

Great product the best I have used by a long way.Great Interface makes it user friendly to find the endless library of movies,tv shows and sports.
Live tv is excellent with every sport and channels you would want.
I now have two boxes that came preloaded plug and play with a update tab so no messing just click to update,also fast support is available if required a great no hassle reliable service I wish I had found earlier
