I regret using this company

I chose some tyres from the website and took care to get some with just a 1-2 day delivery time as I wanted them quite soon. It has been 10 days and they have only just been shipped apparently. From the tracking email, it looks like they have come from Germany - so it was very unlikely that they could have got here in the advertised 1-2 days. I have called their number and it is an AI chatbot - and a bad one at that. I have done their web form to chase up the order and despite sending 2 online enquiries, I have had no response. I am yet to know what the tyres are like as I have not seen them, but I will never use this company again. I advise people to avoid them as they seem dishonest in their advertised delivery times, and they have zero customer service. I regret using this company.

Refund promised 8 days ago and nothing..

Refund promised 8 days ago and still not received. I have tried to contact MyTyres repeatedly, but the available phone numbers either do not work or route back to an unhelpful AI bot, making it impossible to speak to a real person.

This is a straightforward refund that MyTyres already promised. I need a human to confirm when the refund was processed, the refund amount, and the payment reference.

Very poor customer service and no practical way to resolve an overdue refund.

AI business, humans need not apply

This business appears to rely entirely on AI-driven customer service, with no meaningful access to a human representative. I contacted them numerous times for an update on my order, both by phone and through their online chat, but was unable to get past the AI system.

Today, a human agent finally joined the chat and informed me that my order had been cancelled by the AI system four days ago. However, the agent could not explain why the order was cancelled and then left the chat without providing any further assistance.

To date, I have not been offered or received a refund. The inability to obtain meaningful customer support has been extremely frustrating.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone choosing to place an order with this company use a payment method that provides buyer protection, such as PayPal or a credit card. If issues arise, having access to a dispute or chargeback process may be important.

One star is too high

One star is too high. Please read the reviews before dealing with this outfit i wish i had. Ordered 3 tyres recieved one. Only comm is email which they do not respond to. Took several weeks, numerous emails to recover my money. By far the worst people i have EVER DEALT WITH.

Ordered 4 tyres that were listed as "in…

Ordered 4 tyres that were listed as "in stock", took 11 days to deliver by which point I had ordered tyres from another supplier.

Had to chase them multiple times to organise a return as the delivery was never updated on their system, phone number on their site just goes to an automated system that never seems to have an advisor available. Finally arranged a return after contacting delticom directly but now having to chase them for my refund as they received the items 6 days ago and no contact from them.

Cannot stress enough how poor their customer service is, just use Camskill if looking for tyres in the UK!!!

Horrible company would avoid, the tracking number doesn’t seem to exist within there company and it’s some AI for customer support had to go through bank to get refund.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU EXPECT…

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU EXPECT FAST DELIVERY AS STATED ON THIER WEBSITE ordered instock items I couldn't get a lead time. I got the lead time of 18 days after the order was passed to warehouse. Not allowed to cancel. HAD TO BE DELIVERED TO RETURN THEM TO CANCEL. Lied to said it was dispatched from UK it was sent from Germany. Constant misinformation and conflicting information from AI chat Can't speak to anyone despite website saying you can. Order delayed 4 days for " relabeling". In stock ordered on 5th June arrived 19 days later on the 24 June, website states fast delivery. The company is misrepresenting its ability an so lying to customers.

I ordered new steel rims with tyres…

I ordered new steel rims with tyres (2No.) which arrived and where splendid. I ordered another 2 which where due to be delivered over a month ago. I got an email which said this order had been lost and a new order would be made with delivery 22nd June. They didn't arrive. So I looked into it and found that this order had been cancelled and no reason given from Lager Z (oh the clarity!) I rang the telephone number on the website and you get an AI assistant which fails hopelessly. So I don't know what to do now I could write a letter I suppose. I wonder where my money is??
MOT due 13th July I need tyres to pass. Maybe trading standards. I have had no communication from mytyres. One can only judge a business when things go wrong -5*:(

Company’s a joke I paid for two tyres…

Company’s a joke I paid for two tyres got the confirmation email of payment and for days after kept getting emails saying there holding the goods it’s there properly till payment was made I emailed them there own invoice and a screen shot of PayPal still didn’t get me anywhere I have went through my bank and got a refund . DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THESES CLOWNS

Avoid this company

I ordered a motorcycle tyre on the 31st of May. I was given an estimated delivery date of 11th June which given my bike was on the wear limit was less than useful. No courier or tracking provided just a DPD de website in German.
11th of June passed and update requests gave 11th June!
Order then cancelled and reinstated by them. Estimated delivery date 29th of June. My bike will have been off the road for a month.
A woeful experience. Trying a PayPal claim but should have used my credit card.

Order was cancelled by them, no explanation and have been waiting for a refund after numerous contact with alloy only been able to speak to a human on one occasion, still waiting for a refund for over a month.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Avoid

Avoid! Order RD 57071667 was cancelled by the merchant, and Team Delticom officially confirmed a refund of £128.54 on June 19th. No money has arrived, and customer service has completely stopped responding to my emails. Absolute nightmare.

German store, tyres shipped from Romania, already waiting 2 weeks and still no delivery

Ordered my tyres with expectations to receive them before my trip in 2 weeks time, when placing the order it says delivery time 2-4 working days. It’s day 12 now and just got an email that my parcel been collected by DPD, so another week of waiting!!!! This is not uk store, it’s German and my tyres are shipped from Romania!!!!! Total scam, will never use again.

I order a pair of 245/40/19 Turanza's…

I order a pair of 245/40/19 Turanza's on 18 May 2026, expecting them to arrive at the fitting garage within a couple of days, but they didn't show up until 04 June 2026. I was eager to get them fitting before I went on holiday but the tyres received weren't even a match. One was the correct tyre and one was a 17 inch of completely different brand. This forced me to buy another pair locally so I could get away on holiday.

I obviously emailed MyTyres and explained the situation, requesting a refund for the order. I was then asked to provide full details of the 2 tyres, which were at the fitting garage they were delivered to, meaning I had to make a pointless trip to the garage to take some photos of the tyres and emailed them back to MyTyres on 09 June 2026. Nothing heard regarding the refund so I followed up with another email. To my surprise, I received an email in German asking for the details of the 2 tyres so they could arrange collection and then issue the refund. And that is where I am at the moment. Going round in circles with emails in multiple languages asking for the same information I have already provided.

I intend to NEVER use this company again and hope this experience serves as a warning to others.

Absolutely not recommended. Avoid if you can. Delivery time so long. Absolutely no customers service so silly IA as the helpline. Waiting for tyres 3 weeks. 2 tyres already 2 years old.

215 60 r 17 Winter tyres

I speak as i find.
I ordered a set of 4 Goodride winter tyres for a delivered price of £197.00.
They were ordered on the 8th of this month and were delivered today by DPD
and placed inside my porch. No they were not delivered in a few days but were delivered in 8 working days with free delivery from Germany. Will i use this company again yes i will. Will i recomend this company, yes as long as you do not need the tyres imiediately they are great value for money.
