I had an extremely disappointing and…

I had an extremely disappointing and suspicious experience with this company. An unauthorized transaction was made on my account without my consent, and I was never subscribed to their services. To make matters worse, the charge occurred without any security measures like an OTP for verification, raising serious concerns about their practices.

What’s even more alarming is that they required me to write a review to process my request, and it’s clear they discourage negative feedback by tying their resolution to positive ratings and should not below 4 stars. This approach feels manipulative and unprofessional, as honest reviews should never be coerced.

While Eugene was polite and responsive in resolving the issue, this situation should not have happened in the first place. I strongly urge the company to review their policies, improve security, and stop these questionable practices. My trust in this company has been completely damaged. Thanks Eugene for your response tho.
