Your contract should be specific and clear as some people don't have time to read fine print. It should get straight to the point

I bought a product from this store: woodshedly.store and instead I was charged for the item and then another charge on top. These came from different names beoutdoorpro.com and mytruegadgets.com.
I was emailed by each telling me I had not bought a product but that they had signed me up to a membership and I had bought credits for them.
I complained and got the £8.29 back. But the higher amount of the product £49.99 they aren't acknowledging.
I have raised a dispute with my bank.
The company is actually based in Cyprus not the UK and is obviously a scam hiding behind what looks like a normal business.

Another purchase or offer, send you obligated to purchase an "VIP" program, with automatic charges with your Card.

I ordered one thing from this "company" and been charged twice 48.95 euros twice within14 days for nothing.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

After placing an order then realising I was signing up for a membership I contacted them and sammy was very helpful ensuring she will cancel this for me a personally monitor throughout to ensure I get a refund

I didn't know how I got to this service and I wish to cease all interactions with you, please as I don't have time for this at present. Please cancel all membership and refund all outstanding funds as soon as possible, thank you. It is confusing to those not too familiar with your service how you can end up with this and be unawares of it. If you would issue accounts each time a transaction is needed then a lot of confusion can be prevented and if you are honest with your members and let them know when money is coming out and what it is fo and how much ir is.. I wish you well with your endeavours, but it is not for me. Please can we part on good terms and a clean slate.

I initially tried to purchase a passcode recovery service from a different company, but instead, I ended up being charged by two completely unrelated companies—My Trust Gadgets and My Easy Hobbies—which had nothing to do with my original purchase. Without my knowledge or consent, my payment details were used to enroll me in a subscription with this company. I never subscribed to their service willing, nor had I thought that they would start debiting money from my card.

Additionally, their system is designed so that once you are subscribed, your plan gets automatically upgraded every few days, leading to even more unexpected charges. That s how I realised this was going to be problematic. They took 38€ from my account.

Trying to get my money back was an exhausting and stressful process. I had no idea who these people were, yet they had my card details and kept charging me. Then I tried to cancel my subscription and they debited another 10 € from my card. When I requested a refund, they initially refused. Then, they offered to return my money only if I left a 4- or 5-star review on Trustpilot, and a comment saying that they were helpful, and on top of that not mention the refund. I assume this is why there are so many good reviews in this page.
I refused and instead posted an honest review about my experience. Only after that did they finally agree to refund my money partially and said if I deleted my review they would give me the rest. I answered saying that if the refund me completely I would delete my review and leave another one mentioning the refund. Well here it is.

It took more than 10 days of back-and-forth communication to get my money back, this entire experience was a complete waste of my time and energy, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone else. While I did get the refund, it’s clear that this company operates in a deceptive and untrustworthy way, and I do not recommend them to anyone. Be very careful if you come across their services.

This site is a big SCAM!!!Beware they can debit money from your card without your knowledge.....I have to block my card
