Very strong first-time experience
This was my first time ordering from Myth Factory, and I must say, it was a very pleasant experience. I never write reviews, but I saw so many positive experiences with the shop, that I decided to add to the pile. Ordered two Hot Toys figures in the same order, and the box was very neatly filled with packing peanuts + the brown shippers, that come with new HT figures for extra protection, just like their packaging policy indicates. Everything was shipped within two working days. The website is clear, prices are good, and the customer service is friendly. Will definitely shop again! A very strong recommendation from me. Thanks, guys! :)

I'm just glad that you had the action figure. I'm a huge fan of SH Figuarts dragon ball series. I just wish shipping didn't take so long. In this day where one person uses "bots" to buy up all the figures so that they can re-sell them at much higher prices, I'm glad that I was able to find what I needed. Thank God for MythFactory!

Great, but with a few hiccups.
I was debating whether to give five or four stars.
Five stars: The website is super user-friendly and the prices are the cheapest I've found when comparing. As soon as something is in stock, the items are sent very quickly and very safely. Top!
Four stars: The mail system didn't work properly for me. I paid by bank transfer. In my email after the deposit the bank information was missing. I didn't even get the second email after the full/remaining payment (it didn't end up in the spam folder either), in other words: again no bank information. I was also surprised that I didn't get the information that my pre-order item came into stock. I just happened to see the "in stock" status in my account and almost missed the checkout window. Of course that wasn't great.
My second order of an "in stock" item went through with no problems (in this case I paid by credit card). That's why I'm still very satisfied all in all and will order from here again as soon as I discover something that fits into my collection.

I see the order you evaluate was for an in stock item paid by card. So I assume your emails problems are related to your previous order.
I'm not sure to understand how you made the bank payment without receiving the email with the needed instructions that was sent on 22/03/2023 for the deposit and 22/06/2023 for the balance.
The email to inform you your item was coming in stock and ask you to pay for the balance was sent on 16/06/2023 at 13:55:23.
We just resend you some of these emails so we are going to monitor why you can't receive our emails and give you a feedback in the coming days ;-)
Update :
According to our email monitoring system, the test email with the payment instructions was delivered successfully today. Can you please confirm everything is OK for you.
