1st time user, found it really easy to use and got the item really quick to Canada. Impot fee was about ~10% on the total Plushies i got. Took about 2w much faster than expected :)

Such an awesome place to get Japan goodies from!!! Everytime me and my partner want to order more Pokemon plushies we come back to Ichiba EVERYTIME!!! So much cheaper than Pokemon Centre and shipping is super fast too!!! I do wish the tracking was easier to understand but nevertheless :) We will be ordering heaps more in the future!!

I will say the shipping was a bit slow but that’s okay cause I live in Australia so international shipping always takes time.

My first time ordering from Ichiba Japan I had a great experience I order a Tails plush It was sent out on 28 Feb and It arrived on 12 March 2 weeks using the cheapest delivery option which I am very Impressed.

The packaging was super as well and arrived safely too. This Is my go to place to buy Sonic Merchandise now and I recommend them too 😊

Place an order that arrived in good time but was the wrong item. Tina quickly resolved the issue and I got the item I originally ordered. I would definitely buy from Ichiba again!
