Excellent customer service
The fabric I chose was no longer in stock but after a very helpful discussion with Simon, he sent 3 sample fabric pieces to choose from. I ordered two styles, cut to size and a length of table protector to put under the tablecloths, at his recommendation. Simon rang to check they had been delivered and that I was pleased with my choices. Altogether a very efficient and successful purchase and excellent customer service- rare these days!

Not true to website colour
Very disappointed. I feel that the photograph on your website was misleading, as it was lighter than the tablecloth I received. Not suitable for me.

Other device screens may be less accurate.
Our site has multiple links inviting and recommending the use of our free fabric sample service. Using this service provides the opportunity to determine the colour, texture and weight of our fabrics in the place of use.

Blue natural weave wipe-clean tablecloth worked very well over the Christmas period -didn’t have to worry about spills of red cabbage, ketchup or marks from children’s felt tip pens! Thanks.
