Myrqvist began its journey in 2016 with a clear vision: to craft quality footwear with a timeless design at a reasonable price. Our aim was to create shoes that could withstand the test of time and trends.

While all of our design work is done at our headquarters in Stockholm, our shoes are assembled by experienced artisans in Portugal, with whom we have long-standing relationships. Scandinavian design, attention to the finest details, and the use of top-quality materials from the best tanneries in the world are at the core of our business. Unbelievable customer service

Unbelievable customer service! I’ve been looking for a formal sneaker for the last few months. I finally settled on the Oaxen in Sand Suede the week before my wedding. I requested rush order and they made sure that my shoes arrived to the US just in time for my wedding! I received so many compliments on them and I’m extremely thankful for Martin’s assistance and the whole team that helped me out! The shoes look awesome and feel great! Thanks

Poor packaging ruined premium shoes

Received the shoes in a timely manner, but they were packaged in boxes that were too small, which caused them to develop wrinkles. For shoes at this price point, this is unacceptable. On top of that, I had to pay a 10 EUR return fee.

Unprofessional return management

21 days since the return parcel has been delivered at Myrqvist, but I have not received any refund yet. About to open a PayPal complaint soon.

EDIT: Received the refund roughly 1 month after return delivery date and filing a report via PayPal

Highly recommended

Highly recommended — I absolutely love their shoes! The quality, comfort, and design are all amazing. This is the second pair I’ve gifted to my boyfriend, and he genuinely loves them. The shoes are stylish, durable, and perfect for everyday wear. Definitely worth the purchase, and I’ll surely be buying more in the future!

Great Shows

Return issue with discount code

Bought a pair of shoes with a discount code. Unfortunately they had some damage on arrival and I wanted an exchange. The exchange software didnt allow me to exchange for the same size so I got credits +10% which is fine. But the problem was that credits couldn’t be combined with my discount code so now I was forced to either pay full price or let my credits go to waste.

Heel Slip

Bought a pair of Stenhammar II. Looked forward to the supposedly "high quality loafer". The shoe was super tight when I first wore it, got blisters after the first day. The second day it fitted perfect, heel was fine and everything. The shoe expanded after every day walking in them, after day three it was over 2 sizes bigger than when i first tried them on. Bought tongue pad, heel grips and insole but my heel kept slipping. In the end the shoe got stretched 2-3 sizes. The shoe looks nice but the quality needs to be improved, a loafer should expand 1 size not 2-3 sizes. Procurement department needs to find suppliers.

Ordern not shipped

My order was confirmed am 08. march but has yet to be shipped.
Had brief contact to support about"wrongly added" shipping fees wich was resolved and refunded rather quickly but my question regarding an eta was ignored.

Why ist it taking forever to send my order?
