Pretty good all things considered

A little on the expensive side for each postcard and delivery took several weeks much longer than I anticipated but the product looked really good and we got lots of compliments from our friends and family. This was our second time using this and we’re happy though there may be better options out there.

5-stars all the way!

Update: Today 4/14/23, after my review on Trustpilot, Tina, at My Postcard, came through with flying colors, identified the problem, merged my two account and I was finally able to send my card to a dear friend who’s going thru life changes. THANK YOU TINA! And thank you My Postcards AND Trustpilot! Wow!!!

(Previous review) The cards themselves, from My Postcard, have all been exactly what I ordered and would get FIVE STARS for the products themselves. My problem is with their record keeping.
On Wednesday 4/5/23 I went into my account to send a single postcard to an old friend whose wife had recently passed and he had just been moved into assisted living.
When I opened up my account to start the transaction my account balance showed a credit of $33+ which seemed about right since I’d deposited $100 into the account on 12/10/22 to cover the few Christmas postcards I send. HOWEVER, when I went to submit my order that same day for the single postcard I’d been working on, they asked for more money (what happened to the $33+?). So I went back and looked at my account page again and the $33+ had inexplicably become $1.98. I immediately emailed My Postcard and the next day they responded as follows:
“Thanks for your email. I just checked you have 2 accounts with us. You can find your credits at
[email address redacted]
Best regards,
Milky” [yes, Milky]
I clicked on the link but it simply created a blank email with the link as the recipient. What was I supposed to do with THAT? Then yesterday 4/10 they sent me the following:
“We've now closed your support case (#276xxx ). We hope you're satisfied with the level of customer service you received from our team. If you still have any feedback, questions or an unsolved problem, please feel free to reach out to us again by replying to this email. We always love to hear from you! Were you satisfied with our customer service?
Best regards, Mia”
So I responded today with what I’ve written here. And NO I was not satisfied.

Postcard delivered so fast to my…

Postcard delivered so fast to my receiver without any delays but i have written a quote in sinhaleese language in the back of the postcard which is appeared in black blocks without my sinhaleese quote which is not expected but apart from that every thing was perfect and i suggest you to work on to apply other languages too.

I love the idea

I love the idea. We are sending picture cards to a friend who isn’t able to get out of the house much. I ordered one and waited for the follow up email that my card was shipped- I never received one. I send an email asking if it had shipped but never received an email back. I can see now in the app it did ship

I was really happy to find you

I was really happy to find you as the other company we had used closed up shop. People LIKE to get mail other than bills and requests for donations. These postcards that can be personalized with our own photos are terrific. I also like the additional options which I may find myself using (e.g. cards)

Good Value for Money

I used MyPostcard.com several times and I can only recommend them! Everyone liked the quality of the images.
You can easily pay with Credit Card per order, download your own images if you like or choose from their image portfolio.
It saves a lot of time, no need to organise a card and go to the postoffice.
Good value for money.

Superb

Easiest app to use, able to send a postcard with my own images from Antarctica. Arrived in two days when it could take months.

My review of MyPostcard is 5 stars. I offer this rating because I am satisfied with the quality of the photo material and customer service. I am also content with the easy website. I have been using MyPostcard for over 3'years and I have always received the best of their services.

Definitely can’t recommend.

The app glitches, the credit you can collect by referring friends just disappears (scam), customer service sucks,… They will probably reply politely here, and pretend to want to help, because this is public. Don’t bother, I already deleted the app.

EDIT: obviously, I know the difference between an app glitching and a scam. They’re different things that both occur. TWO issues.

Refusal of refund!

I have had an account with MyPostcard for a few years, got an email saying as I have not used for a while the account would be closed. I requested a refund of the account balance, was told they will NOT refund any money. I emailed back to say this was not acceptable, the reply was "your support case has now been closed".
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO LOSE ANY UNUSED CREDIT ON YOUR ACCOUNT!!!!

I am really not sure what went wrong…

I am really not sure what went wrong but instead of my postcard being sent to my friend in America, it was delivered to my address ? I am assuming that was probably my error. The quality of the photo was excellent and so was the message that was written.
However I received a prompt reply about my issue - guess it was my fault so I will try to get it right next time.

I send a lot of postcards when I travel…

I send a lot of postcards when I travel and am currently on a world cruise. I have had difficulty finding postcards, stamps and/or mailboxes so this is a great alternative, plus I get to use my own photos. I have not heard yet from any recipients about the quality but am hoping it is good. The ship charges a minimum of $2.50 per card for them to mail one so this is a good value.

Not received

Not received. They resent the product and still not received. I receive a lot of products from different countrys and companies so is not my problem of not receive it and they don't make a refund.
