Great I think…still waiting to hear if my 3 cards have arrived. It used to be quite speedy. We’ll see. Love the ease of making personalised cards.
The app is a great idea, however they say it ships quickly (which it does) but doesnt say what country it ships from. When u are in Australia, it can take up to 3 months to arrive at the destination. Oh dear!!!!!!

Dreadful experience. Postcard from Adelaide to Sunshine Coast still not arrived after 9 days. Previous Australia Post App delivered Cards from overseas taking only few days. I was diverted to MyPostcard from the now defunct Australia Post App. Don’t use it.

Everything, from making the postcard, to the speed and reliability of delivery, was great. It arrived, well ahead of schedule.
The cost is very reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to use "My Postcard" again.

Easy to use and great postcards sent and received in good time. We have been using MyPostcard for quite a number of years now and continue to be satisfied with the service that they provide.
Used 3 times, that's enough, account deleted! 1 arrived, 1 was late(ordered a month before) and 1 has never arrived. No apologies, no resend, no refund, just told it has been sent and that is it.
We love to share moments. Joy happiness inspiration giggles and condolences fear support and share strength.
The post card app was fast to download set up and really easy to use.
I’m a zillion years old in tech years and found this simple point to point option.
We sent a card to a far distant loved one whose health was suddenly shaken.
The simple card arrived really fast and was a delight for the supporting family as post is such a treasure when it’s a message of love.
We had a moment shared fast cheap and it meant a lot to our family overseas.
Hospital wall now has the card placed on the wall and brings a smile from the staff and a good discussion about the extended family and love.

2 cards that I have ordered at the same day 19.05.2023 Order number PC19071832PP and Order number PC19071849PP didn't arrive neither to Poland nor to Sweden. First time ever and I have ordered plenty of times before to the same addresses. The both receivers didn't receive the cards and I have posted cards (through MyPostcard site) to them many times before. I wrote 3 emails to MyPostcard's support and they still didn't answer. I intend to open a case in PayPal, because I have paid for the orders with PayPal. I wish to receive full refund for both failed orders. I don't recommend MyPostcard. Customer support non existing. Nobody bothers to answer.
Update 1 to MyPostcard's response.
MyPostcard Customer Service posted these 2 cards again FIRST AFTER my complains. NEVER nobody of them responsed on my email. I have received only automated informations that the cards has been posted. And yes, I do check my spam folder and it has not be seen a sign of response to my emails. What an unproffessional company, searching for excuses.
We will see if this time both cards will arrive to the recipients. Yes, it is MyPostcard responsibility to print and post the cards I have paid for. In this case when 2 of the cards ordered by me at exactly the same day - didn't arrive to two different countries, the only possible logical conclusion is - they never have been posted at first place. Perhaps now, the second time, they have been. Time will tell...
Update 2.
I have received today full refund for 2 cards I have ordered. So anyway: thank you for nothing. My friends's birthday was long time ago and so was my mum's birthday. They never received congratulation cards, however I have ordered them 10 days before their birthdays. What a pity...

Taking a bit longer than expected to be printed and posted. Havent seen the quality yet but price is good especially with offers.
I’m so excited to use this service when I go on vacation soon, so I did a sample card to myself, but still haven’t received it. Not sure how long it take to be delivered.
