False Advertising

I purchased a body pillow from the company MyPillow based on the description and the satisfaction guarantee. Turns out it's not really a pillow; it is a cloth bag with loose particles that move around. My wife has emailed several times about the problem. They were supposed to send a RMA label, but have not. We've repeatedly asked for a refund or an actual pillow. They're tactic now is to just ignore us.

Mypillows ARE L U M P Y

I watched Mike Lindell in his deposition and was so alarmed and disappointed at his behavior. I thought he was a Christian but surely he displayed language and character of the opposite. But I was so shocked that he said NO ONE EVER SAID HIS PILLOWS ARE L U M P Y. They clearly ARE Mike. I have 2 from several years ago and NEVER use them. For that reason! And Mike, have you even read your reviews?? Poor guy.
I feel bad for him. He's clearly lost it.

Love MyPillow

Love MyPillow. Pillow cases and sheets are great!! The only problem is plan on waiting a month after you purchase before you receive your order! But if you plan on purchasing for Christmas make sure you order in July!

I loved the quality of my first order…

I loved the quality of my first order of pillows, towels and sheets. I was shocked when I purchased those at $25. They all were poor quality. I was stunned and so disappointed. They also took over 8 weeks to arrive. I'm a Christian and I hope things change for My Pillow.

I bought two pillows about 4 years ago and loved them. Recently bought two new pillows because they were on sale. They are horrible! Supposed to be firm they are not. Definitely not the same quality as the first set that I bought. Also took about a month to get them.

Purchased Mypillow towels 2 years ago…

Purchased Mypillow towels 2 years ago and found them to be awesome! Based on that experience we purchased another set. They didn't have the color we wanted so we had to settle for a yellow one. Took 3 weeks to deliver the package and I was stunned! The quality was very poor - nothing like the ones we had gotten before. I'm really upset. So, the company is cutting back on quality to make ends meet. Only conclusion!

Terrible Pillow

Bought my pillow a month ago and finally received order. Paid $31 for Queen pillow including shipping. Terrible pillow to sleep on. No body to pillow, clumpy filling, can't even prop up when bed is made. I kept waking up to readjust pillow. I was going to send back but would only receive $9.98 out of $31 paid so i threw in trash. Extremely unsatisfied with product.

I ordered two pillows king size from…

I ordered two pillows king size from the company, I ordered medium softness, what I have are two overly king size smushy pillows! They're impossible to sleep with. I had already tried Serta twice, and another one that I had purchased from Macy's, the sizes were correct the softness not so much. Seems like it's such trouble to get a medium sized. I saw the commercial and it's okay I'll buy it, what a waste of money.
The date listed is wrong but it wouldn't let me go past November of last year. It was about March of last year that I purchased these pillows.

I love the 2.0 pillow

We love the 2.0 pillow and that your products are "Made & Manufactured in the USA". The standard size is completely comfortable, great for the neck and shoulders. You really improved this product.

BTW, My adorable fur child is using the first pillow we purchased and is loving its comfort. 😊🇺🇸

I ordered two queen size MyPillows three weeks ago and STILL don't have them. I called Customer Service and essentially got flipped off.
Never again will I buy from this company. It's becoming apparent that they took my money and have no intention of sending me my Pillows.

I purchased two king size and two regular size and found all to be the most UNCOMFORTABLE pillows I've ever slept on. If I hadn't disposed of the packing material when they arrived, I would have attempted to return. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Ordered towels; was charged day 1, never received after 7.5 weeks

I ordered towels on 9/1/24. You charged my Visa $81.55 right away. It has been 7.5 weeks - Where are the towels I ordered? I have ordered before and was pleased with the product and shipping timelines. Something is terribly wrong. I do empathize with what has happened to the company as it was unfair...but I can order towels from many other places and receive them. I'm done with this company.

My pillow charges credit cards right away, but does not ship promptly.

I ordered 2 pillows on 10/16. My Pillow promptly charged my Visa card on 10/17. As of 10/23, My Pillow had not shipped my pillows and I could not find any information as to shipping date on their website. I called. The representative could not tell me when the pillows would ship, but thought that it would probably be soon. I asked why they charged my Visa before they were shipping the products. His response? "Oh. We always do that."

I cancelled my order. Hopefully, I'll get a refund promptly, but I doubt it because the representative said My Pillow would refund the money right away but that 'sometimes the customers banks take several days before crediting the account." We will see.

Ordered towels from MyPillow over seven…

Ordered towels from MyPillow over seven weeks ago with understanding that shipping would happen in 4-6 weeks. Spoke to customer service at end of week 6 and was given response that shipping department would be sending me an email with tracking numbers in a couple days. Never came. Contacted customer service again (11 days later with 20 minutes on hold) and spoke with same representative. Now after seven plus weeks since ordering, was told that MyPillow is waiting for the towel inventory to arrive (ie: MyPillow doesn't even have towels in stock to fill s in as promised) Representative assured me my order and my order should ship within a week or two. Holding my breathe.
