On TV Mike says ALL orders ship free. That's a lie. I ordered $100 worth of pillows and on the web site it said I get 2 free pillows. But then they charged shipping. I called customer service and was told it was a different promo so I don't get free shipping. So when Mike is on TV saying ALL orders ship free it's a lie. I cancelled my order. I can see why they get such poor reviews. He's a con artist with his promotions.
Most uncomfortable pillows ever
I ordered two pillows. They arrived 26 days later. They are the cheapest and most uncomfortable pillows ever, lumpy on some parts and flat/empty on other parts. Not worth it. Don’t waste your money.

On February 7th I ordered two king-size MyPillows. Should be an easy order to process (even though the company states 10-14 day shipments). On February 25th MyPillows initiated the shipment, hoping the pillows would arrive on time. However, the pillows arrived on March 3rd (24 days later, or 16 business days later). The pillows are nothing spectacular - just partially-filled foam units that are not worth the money/wait. Read the reviews before ordering.

I was expecting a set of soft plush towels and received the same old blah blah towels you find in any motel with a tag that says Made In India. They say they were originally $69 on sale for $29. I should have purchased one of several similar quality sets on Amazon for $19.

I bought two of these pillows. Neither one had enough filling for one pillow they were the most uncomfortable pillows that I've ever bought. I fell for the commercials and thought that he had reformed himself, but he's still a crook.
Nothing more than a scam…….
If I could give no stars, I would have. My Pillow is nothing more than a scam. I wish I would have read the reviews before my purchase as so many others experienced exactly what I did. They take your money and wait 2 full weeks before shipping. When I finally got the product, I was APPALLED!! The pillows were junk, junk, junk!! hardly any filling in them. It is pathetic that he is now selling cross necklaces!! Mike is certainly no Christian. Jesus must be ashamed. Please do not give your money to this outfit!
Not an honest business practice
My experience with the MyPillow.com company was with placing two separate orders. After 10 days of placing the orders it became obvious that they immediately take your payment and use your money for two weeks before they ship the product. That is not right! After 10 days, I called and the products had still not been shipped, so I cancelled both orders. I sense this is something they do. They float peoples money. Buyer beware. Get ready to wait two plus weeks. I dont recommend this company.

Three damaged socks are more valuable than a multi-product and multi-year customer.
I purchased 16 pairs of socks in October which were a Christmas gift. Three socks have holes/runs due to the automated plastic tags that punch through them to attach them together w/ the paper sleeve. Having NEVER worn them, I presumed they'd be refunded or better replaced. MyPillow will not do either because the faulty product wasn't discovered within the 60 days. For a Christian CEO it seems odd that a company won't respect Christmas. I guess their products aren't meant for gifts. I didn't expect the product to be damaged so didn't even think I should go through them before Christmas. Beyond that... we have multiple products from mypillow including various pillows, sheets and now socks. However, they would rather lose a customer who will be posting reviews as a new hobby than replace 3 faulty socks. It is an understatement that I am disappointed. Most retail outlets realize flexibility of timelines around Christmas is good business. You have lost a customer and I feel obligated to share my experience on as many review sites as I can find.
The other 29 socks I ordered are a good fit and a very close replacement for cheaper New Balance socks which I have enjoyed for years. I wanted to support MyPillow... no more.

My pillows and my pillow body pillows: Received as a gift. Would not purchase for myself after experiencing. Overall it’s a poorly made product, it’s reasonably comfortable for,its purpose but don’t expect it to last as the covering is very thin and stitching already fraying. Better off buying the Amazon Basics or Walmart labeled specials as they are less expensive and equivocal in quality.

I ordered from My pillow 3 weeks ago , they comfirmed the order but never shipped product. I called no customer service, she says they have not shipped and doesn’t know when or if they will ship. I asked for a refund so I could move on, we will see if I ever get the money refunded. I lost confidence and trust in My Pillow. Thanks for the trouble!!
Great sheets
So far, I’m very impressed with theGiza sheets. Usually when I put sheets on my bed, I wake up the next morning, and my sheets are off the bed however these sheets they’re really comfortable& they stay on the bed. I have a queen size bed so the cost of the sheets was around $90 on sale, but it was worth every penny

For someone who portrays himself as a Christian, how he operates his company is absolutely appalling. Customer service people (Emily C) are quite snotty, arrogant and is a little b!tch. When you take peoples' money and sit on it for 2 weeks before you even bother to ship the items (I'm still waiting) and tell the customer nope we're not shipping because you agreed to 14 days is completely unethical. Customers see the 10 to 14 days and think they'll receive their items in 10 to 14 days from the day they ordered it. But what My Pillow actually means is they are going to hold your money hostage for 14 days before they even bother to put the stuff in a box and onto the truck. Horrible work ethic for the entire company. Mike Lindell you should be ashamed and embarrassed. After my experience with your company I'm thinking that your front of being a Christian is nothing but a marketing ploy. Buyer beware.
ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ordered King pillows and order just wouldn't ship. When contacted got the standard statement on ship times that were already shorter than my wait at the current time. I can pick this up 100 miles away today faster than its shipping from them. Once chat was contacted they were rude and had zero retention training and could care less. Not even interested in working with me just a "so we will cancel it now" attitude. So they can go to hel!l I will never support a business that treats customers like this! HEY MIKE better look more into day to day operations brother!
Awful Customer Service
Customer service is absolutely horrible, rude, and unhelpful. I’ve never experienced such slow shipping with any other company either. Products I order from overseas arrive way faster than this. It’s already past the delivery window and find out my product hasn’t even been shipped yet! No apology, nothing. I’m basically waiting a month for something that was meant to be a gift. I try to order directly from official websites to support the company, but forget that…from now on, I’m turning to Amazon. At least on Amazon, they tend to list close to the actual price, not what you believe you “save” with a promo code. I think we all know by now that the MyPillow products aren’t actually worth the outrageous original prices they claim to be. It’s just a ridiculous sales tactic. They honestly do make some good products, but their website and customer service are the worst.

Sadly what I got was a “MADE IN EGYPT” w/MyPillow aka => MIKE “Jesus Juice” TAG SEWN ON IT !! & Yes it’s 100% cotton, HOWEVER THE WEAVE IS SO TIGHT on one side & while the other side is “KINDA” ABSORBANT, It’s literally NO MORE absorbent than my last 100% cotton $12 BEACH BLANKET I bought from SAMS CLUB !!! Lesson here = STAY AWAY FROM
