I needed to cancel my subscription and I worked with Nicky Collins. She was an absolutely wonderful to work with! She went out of her way to make sure that I was satisfied. I haven’t had a company/person work so hard to achieve my satisfaction. Nicky is top notch and I would give her more than 5 starts if I was able to!

I am such a busy person and finding this app My Personal Challenge has been amazing. I can squeeze in a quick work out thought my day and I love how it tracks everything for me. I did have some issues with my subscription but Nicky Collins has been so gracious in helping me get it all resolved. It did take a couple of days to get a response but Nicky stuck it out with me until everything was resolved.

The exercise is great, I just need to also focus on my diet and what I'm eating because I want this work out to help and not let food get tin the way. But overall the work out is great!
