I love the morning and evening workouts. I have plenty of time to do the workouts because they’re only 7 minutes. I’m already seeing a change in my body just after 20 days! I will definitely keep using this to firm my body. I wanted to increase my workouts, and Ester Larsen from customer service was a great help! I highly recommend using this workout if you have past injuries.

I have Red reports that said that it was difficult to reach anyone at this app, but once I used the link provided I was rewarded with excellent customer service with a personal shout out to Emily Brooks . Once I was able to explain my concerns to Emily, Lasta was quite helpful with resolving my concerns. As a result, I would give their customer service 4 stars
