Avoid this company at all costs.

Many of the reviews on this site are clearly fake positive reviews for this company, as they are all the kind that you can smash out in 2 seconds on mass, and all pump up the exact same traits, which are coincidentally the things most complained about.

Like countless other reviews, I placed my order on May 25th, latest arrival by the 10th of June. I noticed it wasn't dispatched in time to make it here by then and sent an enquiry, they told me off for asking and said to wait until it's 3 days late to ask again.
On the 11th, an item was removed from my order, they did not contact me about this at all. Days later the 3 of 4 items were dispatched, and I sent an enquiry asking about the missing item. They responded saying the item was actually out of stock and so it was removed, and offered me store credit for the item plus 10%. I asked for a refund and this request was ignored. The item was still listed as a presale, so I asked if the credit could be used to cover placing another preorder and waiting for the arrival. They sent me an invoice for the shipping (which they should have covered).They never responded to my last message at all, and just sent the invoice. I attempted to settle the issue and pay the shipping, but the item is now listed as sold out and is automatically removed from the cart before shipping can be paid. They have ignored my emails and refund requests for over a week. They have effectively stolen $29 from me, with no plan to return the funds or respond to me at all. I was served by Nicole and Anne.

At first I had ordered the Victoria Secret Bombshell perfume, but unfortunately they didn’t have any stock of it, however, Anne from the customer service team was incredibly helpful in explaining their troubles of obtaining any stock of my selected perfume, we worked together efficiently to be able to continue with my order but with a different product which ended up being the Merchant of Venice Imperial Emerald Hair Mist. I could not be more thankful to Anne and the My Perfume Shop team for their help and professional especially in these hard times of obtaining stock from their respective origins. Of course my highest level of thanks goes out to Anne for helping me with my order and I will be sure to use this website again in the future!

Overall experience wasn't the best, my order took almost two months to arrive, and with multiple queries as to where it is. But due to circumstances out of their control, one of the two items arrived and I was given store credit with a little extra for the inconvenience. Otherwise service was good, prices are competitive, and delivery was quick. Would have been five stars if they were more transparent about the situation.

Super fast delivery , got exactly what I wanted and was on sale bonus

My Encre Noir perfume arrived super fast and was packaged safely, so zero damage on arrival. Website was easy to use, they processed the order fast and I had my order the very same week. Very impressed!

My husband likes fragrances that last long and smell pleasant on the skin.

I have loved my experience with My Perfume shop as an avid perfume collector I’m always looking for somewhere to find a discounted fragrance and this place is legit. There was a slight delay to to stock issues but thanks to both Nicole and Aubrey they helped me and ensured my experience was exceptional.

All real and amazing quality colognes, shipping does take awhile but it’s all worth it

My Perfume Shop gives great descriptions of their products and delivery times. Prices are pretty good also! A good online shopping experience.

Absolutely worst experience ever. Do NOT buy. Shop somewhere else. They do not deliver on time, if at all. They do not refund. They just keep replying with AI responses.

This company is a complete scam.

SCAMMERS! I placed my order 2 months ago, they’re giving me BS excuses saying it was a “pre-order” which is was not, they have told me multiple times “it’ll be in the syd warehouse in a couple of days” this was all WEEKS AGO. I have requested a refund and now they’re completely ignoring me after 4 more days. They lied and said it was pre order and I would have been told at the checkout, I went through the checkout procedure again and there was no warning. They are straight up lying and have taken my money!!!!!

Delivery time was disgusting. Communication was terrible.
Ordered 22nd Dec received 15th june.
Had to ask for update multiple times to finally get told it would ship in days. Just for me to chase up again (multiple times) and get a "we understand your frustration and we are doing everything we can " month later I'd ask for an update just to be lied to again. Nearly raised a disputed transaction to get money back. But my perfumes did eventually arrive . With 2 free samples. I've now had more emails from them asking me for a review and promise of a $500 gift card if i leave a 5 star review..... i really don't understand how they could be so oblivious...

Great communication about shipping for preorder. The product is excellent. Would buy from them again

The fragrance are good and the smell is lovely and the prices are very good and the bottle you get are cute and the perfume go a long way

Returned a bottle that didn,t suit me. The refund took about a week to process

Price was fair. shipping was included, and it arrived quickly. Everything went smoothly.

Over all communication with my perfume shop australia was great, very prompt (Aubery) especially very courteous and professional.
If you are after middle eastern fragrances, be prepared for long waits across australia given the demands (especially Rasasi).

AUBERY was particularly upfront and honest about the delays.

The products were 100%authentic.

Indefinite delays, false advertising, knowingly advertising delivery timeframes that they are unlikely to meet (e.g. was promised x3 weeks maximum delivery time, have been waiting roughly x7 weeks and counting). Very difficult to communicate with them/query them, customer service leaves much to be desired (poor communicators/ignore customer queries)
