However, the overall experience took nearly seven weeks, communication was slow, the complimentary sample that had been added to my order was later removed without explanation, and I was asked to leave a review before I had even received my parcel. I'm happy with the perfumes, but the ordering process could definitely be improved."

A Long Wait, But Absolutely Worth It!
I just received my package containing two bottles of perfume, and I am absolutely thrilled.
I was eagerly anticipating Ajmal Wisal Dhahab, and it did not disappoint. I am incredibly impressed with the quality the scent profile is stunning and exactly what I was hoping for. Both bottles are fantastic additions to my collection.
The waiting period was quite long and a bit frustrating at times. However, given the current unrest in the far Western Asia, the logistics challenges are completely understandable.
A massive, special thank you to Aubrey! She kept me consistently updated on the progress of my shipment, which made the wait much easier to handle.
I was incredibly touched to find a complementary gift included in the package. That kind of thoughtful gesture really sets a company apart.
Despite the external shipping delays, the exceptional customer service from Aubrey and the sheer quality of the perfumes made this an amazing experience. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Bought a perfume 26th of may. Today 26th of June no news about it, I am asking the refund and they are avoiding that with silly emails and bulshit options which don’t suit me, I don’t know why they are still operating in the market, knowing that they are not capable enough to deliver the product or even give more explanations about the delay

I placed an order in early May for around $400 of fragrance. It is now late June and the order has never been completed.
They didn’t tell me an item was out of stock until I chased them. And because they ship everything together, that one missing item froze my entire order for weeks. When I asked to swap it, the “replacements” they offered were more expensive than the product I’d already paid for - and they’d only cover $10-15 of the difference, expecting me to pay extra to replace an item they failed to stock. I was effectively being asked to spend more money to fix their problem.
Then it got worse. I chased for updates over consecutive days and got total silence. When they finally replied, instead of helping they told me off for sending too many emails - apparently it pushed my own ticket to the back of their queue. There’s no phone number either; I asked them to call me and was told they “don’t take calls” due to volume.
They missed promised dispatch dates more than once. Only part of my order ever turned up. And after six full weeks, the “resolution” they offered was the identical list of options they’d given me in the very first week: keep waiting, swap, store credit, or a refund. Six weeks, and they’d walked me in a complete circle. I gave up and asked for my money back.
If you need anything within a sensible timeframe, do not buy from here. “In stock” means nothing, the estimated dates mean nothing, replacements cost you more, and there’s no one you can actually speak to. Easily the worst online retail experience I’ve had.
Horrible delivery times, and horrible service
Ordered my perfume the last week of April, was a gift for someone for the end half of May, item was supposed to be an expected arrival date of first two weeks of May.
Item has only just shipped now.. in the last week of June.
Blamed the overseas war for the delay.
After email upon email nearly every day for 2 weeks solid trying to get it cancelled and refunded, got nothing but excuse after excuse, offering discounts and extra samples etc.
they tell me they can’t cancel it, can’t refund it.. mind you this was all before they even received the item into their warehouse.
Poor service, poor shipping

SCAMMERS!! BUYER BEWARE!!!
I ordered from these SCAMMERS on April 4 this year. When the perfume didn’t arrive I started sending emails and got their generic “I’m so sorry” replies. I requested a refund, as it is stated in their company terms, but started getting emails offering me to choose another item, which apparently is also on “back order” with an extra 10% off and the latest email offered me a store credit with an extra 20% added!!!
They issued me a $20 voucher earlier in this whole ridiculous saga which I accepted and used it towards the purchase of a sample of Chanel No 5, which promptly arrived but smells nothing like Chanel!! I think they have a shed full of knock off samples somewhere that they sell to unsuspecting buyers.
They constantly blame the crisis in the Middle East for the delays, which is a blatant lie.
I have been told by three different “perfume happiness officers” which is the stupid name they give their scammers, that they are happy to issue me with a refund, but when I choose that instead of a store credit they don’t reply to me and then someone else replies!!
I have emails from MATT, NICOLE and AUBREY, each one of them just spouting the same generic rubbish!!
I don’t understand how they can blame the war in the Middle East when humans can still fly worldwide???
I have sent them copies of my order and copies of their company terms and now I am getting no replies at all!
So basically they have stolen $55 from me for something that they never had any intention of sending me.
They are a bunch of scammers!!
I usually buy my perfume from Feeling Sexy Australia, I have done so for years, and just this once decided to try this company when the perfume I wanted was unavailable on my preferred site! I should have taken that as an omen because I have never been let down by Feeling Sexy Australia before.
I will continue to send emails to this company as I want a full refund and I refuse to accept a store credit and pay more postage for another item which is also a “pre-order”!!

I would not trust this business, they took my money and sent nothing to me. I asked for a refund cause it had been 2 months and it was radio silent.

Company clearly engages in dodgy behaviour to generate fake 5 star reviews. Multiple 5 star reviews have the same profile picture (and the rest are demonstrably false). Embarrassed to have been fooled.
I ordered perfume at the beginning of June which was never dispatched. Received confirmation email advising order was being prepared in Sydney and would be dispatched shortly (it never was).
After 2 weeks I reached out to seek an update. I was advised the product I ordered was a 'pre-order' and was delayed due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East.
Unclear to me what it means to order a perfume that was realised in 2009? I also did not realise the impact the ongoing US/Iran conflict was having on the transport of domestic freight between Melbourne and Sydney,
Scam artists. Avoid.
They all smell divine and beautifully packed.
The perfumes arrived on time and the perfumes were in beautiful boxes.
Love the ones that I purchased and receive compliments whenever I wear one.

The initial purchase was fine then told there was a pre order and asked to select another option. I advised or product change only to be told package already sent from logistic issue.
After told again selected fragrance is out of stock I gave 4 emails and various option for swap. To only be told no stock or pre order. Finally after 3 weeks of back and forth they gave me a list of available option and told me I need to pay for additional delivery after their logistic issue. Multiple emails later they covered the shipping cost and posted final item. Once sent delivery is quick but the process and headach to get anywhere, while dealing with multiple in email is painfully. End story by save headache and buy from a proper store not worth the amount of issue for a fragrance.

Tries to push for store credit when they cant supply
Ordered a fragrance on 20/5 with a delivery estimate of 28/5–3/6. The item never arrived. The company later admitted it was unavailable with no ETA.
Their own terms say refunds are available if an order is more than 14 days late, but instead of processing a refund they repeatedly pushed store credit or a swap.
When I insisted on a refund, they asked whether my “bank account is still active” even though I paid by debit card through Shopify and they already have the required details. After I clarified this, they stopped responding.
I’ve now had to lodge a complaint with NSW Fair Trading to get my money back.
Very disappointing experience and not what I expected from an Australian retailer.

the worst online fragrance supplier to buy from. abundant forms of false advertising such as fast shipping and not specifying the product is a preorder until after you make the purchase. is that even legal?
if you order from this merchant just know you will be waiting months for the product. they reply to emails but it’s the same generic reply stating their shipment didn’t arrive, the conflict in the middle east is causing delays, or they are a small team and are sorry lol. currently trying to dispute this with my bank so i can get a refund of some sort and order back with my trusty FragranceNet.
