I ordered an expensive product from…
I ordered an expensive product from this company, but I never received it. I am very disappointed with the service. The ordering process was difficult, and after going through all that trouble, the product did not arrive.
What is even worse is that my money was taken and has not been refunded. I tried to contact them, but it is very hard to get a clear response.
This experience has been stressful and frustrating. I do not recommend this company. They need to improve their communication, delivery process, and refund system.

According to the tracking information provided by Royal Mail, delivery was attempted on two occasions, on 7th and 8th January, but unfortunately there was no answer at the address. As a result, the parcel is now being returned to us as undelivered.
As soon as we receive the parcel back, we will immediately issue a full refund without delay.
We completely understand how frustrating this situation must have been for you. As a small business, we genuinely strive to provide the best possible customer service, and feedback like yours is very important to us. We sincerely apologise for the stress and inconvenience this has caused.

Peyronie Disease 👎
So whilst still awaiting NHS appointment I paid for private consultation (in a nutshell nothing would be done until symptoms over 12 months, links to advise you can get on open source research and signposting to imedicare should you wish to again privately pay for device £300 the only recognized product (SOMAErect Response II )
So after the 6 month (30 mins per night investment) I has proved NO difference to myself.
Personally yes it engorges blood but not like a natural event and no notable "physiotherapy stretching " that it is designed to carry out.
So still awaiting NHS and about £600 down!!
My tip is if your symptoms are under 12 months but the time you see an NHS consultation you will save money.
Patience fellow sufferers !
