Ordering replacement parts
I had to change to a different size cylinder which was easily ordered and turned up a day or 2 later.
One downside is the cost of replacement rings etc - they seem to me to be extortionate plus the hefty postage- I suppose we're a captive audience!

Briefs & their wearability
I find these briefs very comfortable to wear and able to contain leakage that I occasionally experience. The material is reasonably light, though can become sweaty in summer when I am outside in the garden. I definitely find them better than pads.

Great advice and customer service
After using a Soma Correct Pump to treat Peyronie's Disease for 10 weeks I noticed that the curvature had decreased.
I had an enquiry regarding how long I should use the pump for to get maximum benefits. I sent an email and received a prompt reply from Vipin Venugopal at Imedicare, he explained that I should continue for at least six months for maximum benefits. He was informative and explained everything in a way that I understood.
I was sceptical about this method of treatment but if you persevere and do the recommended treatment every morning, you will notice results quicker than you might think.
If you are experiencing problems with Peyronie's Disease then I would recommend this treatment and you will be supported by Imedicare should you require further assistance.

Product needs work
The purchase was good ... you delivered the product quickly and for the price offered along with documentation.
The unit is very clunky to use. I understand the need for varied configuration. Also, the offering of short and long rods is good, but there needs to be an offering of graduated length rods so that those who are longer than the short and much shorter than the long can use the device without changing parts out going from short to long to short again. Even the purchase of a second pelvic ring is clunky considering how difficult it is to maintain clamping pressure.
The offering of more sophisticated clamping device would be helpful. More engineering needs to go into this device.

As advised, for customers residing within the UK, orders must be placed in Sterling (GBP) rather than Euros (EUR). Your order was placed in Euros, and therefore it could not be processed.
