We are now proud owners of a Harrison Spink Belvoir 6750 mattress which is the perfect level of firmness. Deeper than previous mattresses but that has added to our comfort. Highly recommend this ant the company.

Delivery was great and the delivery drivers kept me up to date with time of delivery. . The reason for a four star is that officially they stated my mattress was not in stock, but eventually replied that it was and it was an error. I appreciate the honesty but this gave me stress for a little while, as I ordered my bed base from someone else and I was going to be without a bed base for a week or so. Anyway it was delivered on time and mattress is great . So all good 😊

Silentnight: thank you, you have transformed our rest and reduced our aches and pains. Confidently report that for us, this is the best (of several) mattress we have ever used. firm support, yes, but we still "sink in" pleasurably. One back and one side sleeper, and suits us both.
Aeyla pillows added later; also very pleased.

Mattress topper was not in stock and will have wait, even if was showing on their web as being so. However as a caveat they did contact me by telephone straight away to explain the situation and apologised for the inconvenience.

Great price and delivery on time, delivery guys were excellent.

Everything went to plan from order to delivery. Delivery men were in touch beforehand to keep us informed of expected delivery times.

I was so looking forward to my new mattress but got a phone call on the Bank Holiday - the day before delivery - that the one they had in stock had been mis-labelled so was not the correct size!
I was offered a more expensive, softer mattress but as I need firm for my back that was not an option..
Very disappointed as it is required this weekend for my son, as I'm currently sleeping on his mattress.
The response from MyNextMattress is incorrect! They did not offer a free upgrade.. they wanted me to pay more for a softer (i.e. less good for me) mattress. Now I am even more upset!

The best customer service experience I have ever had! Hiccup with mattress delay with the manufacturer was dealt with proactively, with great communication and resolution. Excellent and efficient delivery with the delivery men being careful and considerate about the pictures on the wall on the stairs whilst carrying the heavy mattress upstairs on a very hot day.

Great customer service after a minor setback! We ordered two mattresses online, but a delay popped up five days before delivery. Andy and Dave were incredibly helpful—they offered us a loan mattress or an alternative item. We chose a different brand that was ready to ship, and they updated everything instantly. Delivery was flawless! Word of advice: call to confirm availability before ordering on the website.
