What a difference !!!, outstanding service again for second time. Sale of bed was excellent, bed perfect condition, excellently wrapped, Not a mark on it, wonderful colour, the difference it has made to my mattress is incredible. Delivery men were lovely, very professional and really nice guys. Absolutely incredible service from a great team, will always use this company for future purchases. Thank you 🙏 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🫶

Placing my order = very helpful wth price match and earlier than normal delivery. The communication around delivery was great and so were the 2 men who brought the mattress to my bedroom with upmost care.
The whole experience from buying to delivery was superb!

Ordering was easy. Delivery was efficient. Product was as described and seems to be good quality.

Our New Hypnos Bed which is super kingsize got delivered this morning first thing… The two man delivery crew, were great, and in fact said that all that team really did was the Big Beds, so they had loads of experience getting them into tight spots. I Digress, from start to finish, I spoke with Dave, Andy and Simon on various occasions, in order to get the order just right, and we visited Hypnos twice, just to make sure of sizes and the ottoman worked for us… All three guys at MNM, were so very helpful and Dave this morning had me on the phone several times, as I will say that the instructions for the Hypnos Ottoman leaves a bit to be desired.. So Hypnos if you are reading this, take a look at your instructions, and give them a bit of an update.

Overall , great experience so far.

Tracking was good, phone call before delivery as promised and guys offered to take shoes off etc.
Only one thing no lable on bed stating it was genuinely manufactured by the stated company

Amazing price, delivered on the exact day I needed and the delivery team were very friendly and interactive during the delivery. Didn’t catch their names but they both did amazing. The service to unpack and remove the excess packaging is also great value for money.

The MyNextMattress customer service is fantastic. They are helpful, responsive and always ready to solve customer problems. While I've had two manufacturer defect issues with my mattress, MyNextMattress team has been quick to resolve them. Appreciate their help!

Wouldn't order from them again.
First ordered and paid for a mattress to be told it had been discontinued, so asked me to choose another - fair enough. Delivery took much longer than agreed and I had to keep chasing for updates, annoying but ok.
Was promised a free mattress protector which wasnt delivered, when I queried this, 'Deb' inferred that I was a liar and pretty much said I had had quite enough discount without adding a free mattress protector! (How dare I!??)
She said she would look into the call where this was discussed, but never bothered getting back to me.
Delivery chaps were great, and I am pleased with the mattress. Even if I dont deserve a free mattress protector!

You have sent me a satisfaction survey and the mattress is yet to be delivered. That gets a zero star rating.

The communication from the company was accurate and timely. The crew kept this up on their mobile and arrived as they predicted. They were polite, happy and efficient. They swopped the mattresses over and were away in no time. Good team.

Delivery men were awesome and carried the mattress up two flight of very narrow stairs for us. The mattress itself is very comfortable and feels quality. Arrived within a week of purchase. Very pleased

Wonderful experience. After having a bit of a nightmare with a John Lewis mattress I decided to use My Next Mattress as I needed a mattress in a hurry. I bought the Hypnos Legacy 2 Medium King Size after doing some research. The price was the best I could find online. The mattress was in stock and I could pick a delivery date within a few days of purchasing. I got an email & text the day before with an estimated delivery window then on the day a call when the guys were an hour away. Delightful father and son delivery ( up the Blues 💙 ) taken straight to the bedroom of choice. I’m delighted ( so far ) with my new mattress but have the option to swap it if I find need something firmer or softer to sleep on which is very reassuring when spending quite a bit of money. Happy customer. Well done team.
