I needed to wait half a year for pump catheter, they then send me one package. We ordered sometime after that, because one package inst much, they responded with something like: "we will send you when we have it".
I'm, again, out of catheters because they did in fact not send something to me, after around 3 months. I will, again, need to work with insulin pens instead of the 3 thousand Euro device, this company sells, because i did not get those catheters. They take a lot of money for it, so i would expect them to do they're job smooth, i´m tired of such excuses and problems

I have had problem for a long time with diffrent messages like stopopage in diffrent ways.

I contact support multiple times and they say they will get back top me but never does.

Now after months they get back and say my new phone is not supported so they will not help me.
I answer that I have had this problems fopr months with a supported phone but you did not help.

No answer on that.
