Saw the pullover at Ulla and really like it, they didn't have my size and a was happy to find it here

I can't reach them by phone or email
I can't reach them by phone or email! They charged me €210 for my purchase, and the next day another €190 was debited. I never gave my consent or saved my card details. I have no idea how this could have happened, and I need answers immediately.
Furthermore, I have not received any information about the status of my order—I paid, and since then there has been complete silence.

Good enough but could be better.
The product arrived on time and the sizes are really diverse. Nevertheless, the products arrived dirty 2/2 times I ordered something. The products were also lower quality (the fabric was very thin and simple) as expected but they looked good. For a suit of 120 euros I was expecting a bit more quality.

Great service and nice clothes
Great service and nice clothes. Ordered two sizes of several coats online, tried them on at the shop and picked three to buy. Super happy to get the lambskin leather jacket I've always dreamed of. The quilted winter jacket I bought is not warm enough, so I went back to the shop to ask if they still had the other coats. They did and they were perfectly willing to let me exchange the cost I had already worn once. I ended up keeping it because the other coats were just as thin. I think that with the splendid customer service it was a full 5 star experience regardless. Highly recommended.
