Bella earrings

I bought my first Bella earrings 5 years ago, I have a few pairs now and wear them every day.
Recently I sent for 2 more pairs but wasn't happy with the colour of one pair.
I followed the returns procedure and have to say the customer service was excellent!

My contact was Erika who was brilliant, she kept me updated with the process and when to expect the replacement earrings.
I received them today and wearing them already.
