Made enquiries about a Budapest, Vienna and Prague holiday. It was Robert whom I dealt with. He was very patient and understanding with me as there were extras I wanted added in such as breakfasts in the hotels and 10kg hand luggage on the flights (obviously optional paid extras), but was not an issue for Robert to tailor-make the deal for me.
All paperwork regarding flights, train tickets and hotel vouchers was accurate and we had no issues with these at all.
All in all a great holiday at an affordable price.
If I’m honest I was a bit unsure of this company to begin with as I had never heard of them before but everything went to plan, and now would have no hesitation in booking with them again should I see something that takes my fancy.

I enquired on facebook about a holiday and instantly was contacted be Steven. Despite me not booking a holiday as of yet or been on holiday, I have to say that Steven has been great in getting all the information I have requested and provided us with great packages. Steven has been patient, thorough and understanding and there has not been any pressure tactics to book and has been incredibly customer friendly and customer led. Steven has provided me with excellent quotes and is definitely something i am keen to book once I can. I would wholeheartedly go back to Steven in the hopefully not to near future to book a holiday because of his great manner and work ethic. You have a great employee!

I haven’t yet booked or been on the holiday however when inquiring Eric has been great. There’s been no pressure tactics ect. Given me exactly what’s been asked for. Provided excellent quotes and definitely something to think about and will definitely use Eric when I decide to go ahead and book
