Watch what comes out of your account!!

I like the product, I do not like their practice of collection. I ordered the buy 2 get one and paid, then before the windows closed it was "wait we have a newer version of the cream for 10.00" I ordered it to try as well. I never got a total for that transaction. I immediately went into my bank to discover that I had been charged the initial 60.00 something and then another 212.00. I contacted them right then and asked for a refund. Several emails later, offering me a 20% discount only, when I refused, I received a smug email basically saying to bad so sad. I was told I could return the original purchased buy 2 get 1 free but not the upsale. All of the bottles I received are exactly the same!! There is no difference in the formula. Customer service sucks!!

This is my 2nd order

This is my 2nd order.
I was diagnosed with neuropathy in my legs about 7 years ago by an extremely painful Nerve Conduction Study. I also swell. A lot in my feet and legs. I work from home on a computer, so I'm sitting all day, plus im 68, and the pain in my neck, back, knees, hips, and feet have me partially handicapped...so I'm sitting a lot! My ankles and feet, and legs. SWELL!
About 3 to 4 years ago, I began to notice my shoulders were painful, my neck, and my arms above my elbows, were extremely sensitive to the touch, just like my legs. So, then about 4 months ago, I began seeing ads on Facebook about people my age using magnesium for neuropathy. I already take a magnesium supplement for muscle spasms in my legs, so I was curious. I read a few ads, but yours seemed to be the best, most knowledgeable, and informative, and you also had a special. Buy 3, get 3.
So I ordered some. I am in the medical field, (went to college for coding and billing) and remember doing my essay on carpal tunnel syndrome and how the nerve sheath deteriorated over time. and magnesium feeds that sheath.
I was a little skeptical at first, but I noticed some of the pain in my toes wasn't as severe by the end of the day, and started rubbing some on my legs up to my knees. Even put the cream on under my compression stockings. The change was subtle, and I didnt notice immediately, until one day, I forgot as I was in a hurry, before rushing out of the house.
That night, the pain and swelling was back as severe as it used to be!
I now put the cream on my neck, shoulders, and arms (above my elbows) and notice an immediate difference in about 20 minutes.
This is an awesome product. I've shared with friends i know who also have nerve issues and /or neuropathy.
But this order was very differently priced. Im also retired now and may have to lessen my order, but I will definitely keep ordering your product. I still take the supplements, and love how my nerve sheath are being fed their supply of magnesium directly, as the supplements don't provide the necessary magnesium they need, because it has to go through my whole system, and gets " watered down" as it goes thru my body.
I even started putting some on my husband's back as he has pain in his lower back really bad, and was told its his nerves. He never really says anything, he suffers in silence, cuz hes macho. Lol
This is helping him a bit as well.

The product showed up when promised.... let me see if it works before I can give a true review. Only issue was the actual size of the bottles compared to the advertisements, very small amount of product. Concerning and deceptive.

If you try Total Relief you will not be disappointed!

This total relief cream works for me, I have pain in my left foot, my left shoulder, my left wrist ,my left knee and my right side in my back and hip.
I tried this when my boyfriend bought it and it worked!!! It took the pain away as I used it more often the better I felt, so I purchased my own, I bought buy 2 get 1 free. I thought I would never find something that would help me, I was starting to give up hope, and I got really depressed, but now I know I can start doing things again that I haven’t done in years, and I have no pain.. I use it everyday, and everyday I feel better than the day before!!!😃

I am so thankful for this product

I am so thankful for this product . I am amazed at how well this works . The minute I start feeling pain I put this on and a few minutes later the pain is gone. I have herniated disks and muscle strain down my hips and thighs. This works better than my medication . It’s great for my arthritis in my hands. Thank you for making this wonderful product. Your product is TOTAL RUBBISH!I just spent the last 20 minutes of…

I’ve just spent the last 20 minutes of my life on this…only to have my efforts washed away to the information “cloud in the sky”, that in reality is a bloody big ugly as sin, polluting the atmosphere building in my case as I’m a West Aussie..in Perth.
My grief or beef with you is two fold….
1. I’ve just downloaded-loaded my most recent invoice from you shystees. Please explain why I’m paying 5 times as much for my product.. when compared with buying it whilst playing a jigsaw assembling game on my iPad?
2. Your product has not helped ANYONE I have shared it with. In fact, it has actually given my husband and grandson a horrible lay debilitating rash.
DO NOT SEND ME ANY MORE OF YOUR PATHETIC PRODUCT. REMOVE ME FROM YOU CLIENT LIST, BUT…..before doing so I would appreciate you refunding my last invoices worth… as I calculate that is about how much “extra” I’ve paid compared with my Jigsaw playing fellow clientele!

I've been taking gavapinton for 6years

I've been taking gavapinton for 6years. My feet and legs tingle from my knees to my feet. I call it white noise like the static you see on the TV screen. My volume level was over half(loud). I've been doing this cream for a month and the volume on my tingle static has turned into a whisper. I no longer take the gavapinton. That's a great health factor. I apply at night and it helps better that anything I have found over the counter or through the doctors.Even better than the gavapinton. Well worth it.rate it a easy 10.
