I placed an order from ‘My Green Heart’. The dispatch time was excellent. Unfortunately the order was damaged whilst in transit. But I was so impressed with the excellent customer service I received when I contacted ‘My Green Heart’ about my damaged order. They were genuinely sorry to hear my order arrived damaged & immediately posted out a replacement. They also added additional ‘Fragile Item’ signage to the already well padded & packaged parcel. My replacement order arrived in perfect condition. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others and I definitely will order from them again. Thank you ‘My Green Heart’ for providing 1st class customer service. I really appreciated it.

Great products and customer service as usual

Fantastic service. I got my items so quickly. The fabric was a little on the light side and the stretch band did not match the bottom fabric but other than that I loved them.

I like the bag but the zips are broken on arrival so the bag basically undoes itself all the time. Shame as otherwise it's awesome

Found this company via my Vodafone rewards app. I had a voucher for a discount and thought I'd give them a try.

I order two items to give them a try. A moisturiser and some soy wax melts. The package arrived promptly and was recyclable. I was pleasantly surprised to find an extra product as a free gift included. I am very impressed with how they use recyclable or computable labels and packaging as much as they can. All the products I received were well made, smelled divine and have been used a lot and highly recommend. Will definitely come back to them to buy more. Worth every penny and one of my new favourite online stores.

My order arrived quickly and well packaged. The items were great. The makeup remover oil is really nice on my skin, the lip shimmer tints feel lovely on my lips. I have just started using the hand and lip balm, they feel good and leave the back of my hands looking hydrated. I haven't used the lip liner yet. Recommend and will order again.

Could not be happier with my products (deodorant and toothpaste tablets), they smell amazing and work so well! The reusable cotton pads also come in the cutest bag! Would definitely order from Green heart again
