Super quick delivery to Australia! I love my new toothbrush and LOVE that it’s also aesthetically pleasing - 😍

I bought a Gollo in August and it worked fine, charged up and used it for around two to three weeks. When I went to recharge it, the charger did not work. I emailed Gollo and initially got a quick reply asking for a video of it not working which I sent, even though that is a bit of an add request. Since then I have heard nothing for over three weeks. I have sent a few follow up emails but no luck. I have no idea what to do now as I have an overpriced single use toothbrush apparently. Very disappointing as I was pleased with it initially. Please take note of all the bad reviews for customer service before ordering one of these.

Shipping took a long time and was difficult to track. The brushing experience has been nice so far! Battery doesn't last as long as I'd hoped (only about 2 weeks), but otherwise a great product.

Exceeded my expectations on this brush and have to say I prefer it from my previous “well known branded version”. Battery life is amazing too!!

I have returned my Gollo toothbrush but am still awaiting confirmation that is has been received and refunded, after 2 e mails, no reply.

My toothbrush arrives quickly and it is just perfect! Z love it and I have no problems with order at all.

Despite trying to contact Gollo customer services numerous times, I have had no response. My toothbrush was ordered 3 weeks ago, apparently dispatched!
Do not know why nobody has the courtesy to respond!

Lovely toothbrush and the charge lasts well. Would just prefer a slightly firmer toothbrush head.

This is by far the best toothbrush I have ever owned. Great design, beautiful to look at and very effective. The only reason for four stars instead of five is that after a week of use the gold paint started to peel off. This doesn’t affect the way the brush performs but aesthetically it is disappointing

Initially loved my Gallo toothbrush but it’s not charging properly. After a full charge it now turns off after every 30 sec reminder.
Disappointed as I had read good reviews.

I never received my gollo order. i believe It was lost in shipping. Rather than sending me another toothbrush as I requested they refunded My payment without consultation.

Hi I bought gollo in July thought it was great I wouldn't use anything else now so I bought another one makes my teeth feel really clean.

Best electric toothbrush I've used. It makes my teeth smoother than oralb's and it makes a lot less noise.

I can’t rate the product because it didn’t arrive. Hermes are a shocking company that lose just about everything. BUT - I can’t criticise Gollo. They tried hard to help & gave me my money back without quibbling.

The Gollo toothbrush I bought had a faulty battery that only last 3 days. I contacted customer services and after doing a few tests for them (charging in different sockets etc) and still getting only a 3 day charge, they sent me a replacement at no cost. They were very helpful and the process was fairly quick.

I like my toothbrush, it looks and feels good. The toothpaste is also good. My teeth are clean and fresh. The toothbrush was packed and very nice wrapped in a white box, looks fancy. I am satisfied with the price and the quality. Thank you.
