Placed an order on November 23
Placed an order on November 23 for a Christmas present. Never received any communication on my order.
We’ll go figure, I made a boo-boo on my end by trying to place a custom order which are not stocked in the warehouse.
Thank goodness Dave , the customer service specialist caught my mistake and reached out to me via phone and email.
Dave corrected my mistake on the spot and immediately pulled the order and had it shipped same day.
I sincerely retract any harsh expressions I may have posted about the company.
The customer service under the guidance of Dave is rated by me a 10 out of a 10. Thank you Dave for catching my mistake and providing the perfect solution.
My next order will be through My Golfing Store and I will definitely double check to make sure my order is correct so Dave can enjoy a longer lunch break.

This company was fantastic to work with! I made a mistake with my initial online order, called and was able to talk to an actual representative right away who helped me cancel that order and order the correct item. The item arrived in a matter of days. Due to my initial mistake, there was a billing issue that I was able to call about and get resolved right away as well. AMAZING customer service!

The promotional offer details on the membership are spelled out on the sales offer page, checkout and the order confirmation/receipt that is sent to you. Then the log-in instructions were also emailed as well. There is also a reminder email about billing that is sent as well. So happy with my EagleEye purchase
The EagleEye rangefinder I ordered came just in time for my trip that I had planned (which included golfing). The rangefinder itself was super-easy to use and very intuitive. It helped me to shoot an 83 from the tips (very decent for me since it was only my fourth round of the year) on a course I had never played before.
