Glorious flowers, fantastic service
I ordered rememberance flowers for my father in law on the 31/10/25 @ 1100 from the UK. They were delivered@1830 on the same day in Italy. The bouquet was absolutely glorious and a stunning tribute to a much missed father and grandfather. The company contacted me to ensure that they had the correct delivery information, and contact details. I cannot recommend them enough

They canceled the same day order near 10hrs after ordering. Leaving me with no options and my anniversary in shambles. First they said it was due to high volume orders. Later they switched to laying the blame on me for an hour and a half drive is too far to deliver flowers for my GLOBAL flowers.

I will never order from global flowers again. I wish I could give this experience zero stars. I ordered flowers for my parents wedding anniversary and not only did they not have the flowers I ordered and paid for, delivery was 3 days late. At the very least I would’ve expected some kind of compensation for this but there was nothing.

Amazing experience
I sent a surprise gift to my brother in Salzburg from Cancún, and everything went smoothly. The florist contacted him to confirm the address, and the driver who delivered the flowers was very friendly. My brother said it felt like receiving a present from someone next door. I really appreciate how human and personal this service feels.

Delivery person steals candy
Flowers were okay. I ordered Rafaello with it which was not delivered. Customer support tried to gaslight me with unrelated very crropped photo of terrible quality of another delivery with another candy and did not budge. It was clear this was another door and another bouquet. I ordered from this site for two years, but no more. I hope those 10 euro were worth it.

Thank you so much to the florist that took the order for lollipop flower set in Berlin Germany (delivered on the 07/10/25) . The roses are beautiful my mother was very happy and on top you wrote out the note by hand (which was a lot). Everything came on time and the roses were perfectly fresh!

daughter’s birthday disappointment
Ordered flowers for my daughter’s birthday on Friday, to be delivered on Monday. In Germany. I am in the US, and chose this company because they supposedly were able to deliver that day. I was not notified that they wouldn’t be able to deliver, and could not tell me when they could deliver, until day of, so it was impossible to have anything delivered from another company. Super disappointing.
