I had an emergency and I was offered a home appointment the next day .
Which was very good because I was still recovering from surgery .
The team came out and I was offered a pair of glasses the same day
I required since sunglasses which took only a week .

I was very satisfied with the service
The two ladies were patient helpful and good feedback.

I have used the service previously with they repaired my reading glasses and also dropped them off very quickly .
Colin who makes the glasses has a good standard and its just a reliable flexible service in my view .
I am very happy and will chose to renew my reading glasses and some sport glasses .

Fast and efficient. Always get a little goodie bag with cleaning cloth, cleaning product, pen and chocolate which is a nice touch

3rd time i have used precision optics. Great choices of frames great prices and really friendly and helpful members of staff.

Had a home visit as more convenient for me, due to work commitments etc… Fantastic service! Couldn’t believe the amount of frames they brought with them! Finally chose a lovely pair of Raybans, which I hadn’t seen elsewhere! Had the thinned down, varifocal lenses, as I’ve had in the past! Delivered back to my home about a week later! I’ve been buying my glasses and prescription sunglasses from Colin, since he first started and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now! 10/10 as always!

I like having a whole hour appointment to choose new glasses and not feeling rushed or pressured to buy. The staff are knowledgeable about their product and very helpful. I’m very pleased with my new prescription sunglasses and new lenses in my current glasses.

My husbands glasses are brilliant, mine needed to be sorted out which they thankfully are doing at the moment, very thankful that the could come to the house. Much appreciated and would recommend them.

Excellent customer service throughout. Home visit by Donna was great, explained everything and brought a great selection of frames to choose from. New glasses were ready exactly as promised 2 weeks later and the lenses are so clear. All communication spot on, would definitely recommend and I will be a returning customer for sure.

It was wonderful not to turn out and drive to get my glasses made . I gave Precision Optics my prescription and a very nice young lady came with a huge selection of frames for me to chose from .About a week later she returned with my spare glasses , checked the were perfect . How easy was that I thought !
Definitely much easier as you get older .
