PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

They will take your money, deliver you poor quality watch strap that will last a couple hours on your wrist then your genuine expensive Garmin watch face will fall off your wrist and hit the floor because their faulty product that is not up to scratch will spontaneously detach from watch face. Then you will email them and ask for a refund/ replacement strap and they will send you a message saying you only have 72hours from delivery to report any faults. Sounds like something they have off to a tee the amount of complaints the must get. So essentially impossible to return any faulty items. I wish I read these reviews before I purchased. I bought 3 x different straps from them and they all spontaneously detach from watch face. After the first one broke when I was outdoors I trialled the other 2 indoors as I didn’t want to further damage my genuine garmin watch face anymore. If I could give this rating zero stars I would. Please save your money and do not buy from these scam artists.

Scam company. Using similar fonts and images to appear genuine. Cheap Chinese knock off straps. No customer service. The straps are very poor quality and the sizing is a joke! Im a big guy yet the smallest setting on the “leather” strap is unbearably loose. The leather is not leather. The buckles are very thin and flimsy. The loops to hold the excess strap have exposed staples holding them together. Not suitable for an active wear device. Waste of money!!!

Do not buy from these scam artists. I bought the wrong size and asked for a return but no response. Seems like international returns are too difficult or they just don't care. Completely ignored, money wasted.

Absolutely awful customer service. Cancelled an order after 9 days, don't refund money or reply to emails. If their quality is as bad as their product's I'm sure this company won't last long

Bad chinese quality, tought i bought real quality. So was dissapointed when i saw it shipped from China. And even more disapointed when i got the package! Bad quality...

Scam of a company? Me thinks they know the poor quality of the product they are selling, but hide behind you only have 72 hours to identify any issues.

Bought a black strap for my Garmin S62. Within a couple of months the paint had come off the metal part of the strap. When I contacted them they said you only had 72 hours to identify any issues, so despite sending them photos of the very obvious issue, they have refused to address the issue in anyway shape or form.

Shame when the actual strap itself seems pretty good, but my advice would be to avoid this company and pay for a genuine Garmin strap.

Problem 1. The marketing is misleading. Whilst they use the Garmin names and logos, it's not a genuine Garmin product.
Problem 2. I try not to buy products on-line from abroad as I've been stung by extortionate returns costs before. But this company is now hiding behind the uk.mygarminstraps.store url.
Problem 3. The strap I received was not the colour I ordered.
Problem 4. You only have 1 day from receiving the product to report the error/fault, otherwise you have to pay to return it to France, £9 or so.
Problem 5. The strap was a lot thinner than expected and not what I wanted, but according to the refund policy, if I returned the item for a refund then original shipping costs would be deducted (aswell as having to pay for the return shipping). Not good enough in the age of on-line buying.

I had to wait almost 3 weeks for my order, plus I was sent the wrong item that I hadn't ordered and I have to pay the return costs. Outrageous.

Total, complete, absolutely useless.
No communication I assume they are French!!
Tried several occasion to find out about a strap, it’s as if they do not understand English. If they don’t know the answer, they simply ignore the question.

They have send me the wrong strap I have tried to return it but the system will not allow me, I have send an Email but they don't reply, Be careful not to buy from this company because it's very difficult to get hold of them and you will never get your money back, I was searching for a strap for Fenix 6 and when the strap arrived it was to narrow! Totally hopeless company luckily I only lost 20 pounds

Absolutely terrible quality…… DO NOT BUY. The pin has broke that connects the strap to the watch face and only had them for several months. Emailed and a guy “LUKE” responds saying, “we can’t see if its a fault or mis-use, nothing we can do”. Buy original for an extea £10 👌

Don't buy!!! They are fake and low quality. You can buy it from other website or seller for 60 % cheaper 1/3 of the price. After purchase customer service won't respond to your request.

It is not an official Garmin partner and the quality is really poor!! I ordered a wristband for the Epix 2 and I received a band that might be worth 5€.

Placed an order on the 12th of March. Still hasn’t arrived. Contacted them and a Guy called Luke responds a few days later. They stated my delivery address was incorrect so I have to pay another 12euros to have it re delivered. When checking the original order my address was correct. Total scam in my eyes, do it use.

Strap nice enough, however it’s broken after just two months of regular wear. That equates to £10 a month for a watch strap. Great quality! According to customer services, this isn’t replaceable after just 72 hours of use. Utter joke really. Offered me a discount code on my next order for the inconvenience. There will not be another order! I think this is a pretty crappy company, don’t be fooled by the glossy site.

It's a scam. Fake Chinese straps pretending to be a genuine french retailer. Straps are OK and look like reasonable fakes, but hanging the best part of £1k watch on them - up to you. I wouldn't buy from them again.

Terrible quality and they sent the wrong strap! they are refusing to pay for postage back and wont refund until they receive it back. Terrible company....

Ordered garmin forerunner 45 strap. Screwdriver they provide does not fit. The strap is not the same shape or size at the watch connection point. Poor quality and terrible returns policies.
