I ordered a new band for my Garmin Forerunner. I received notifications alerting me to the delivery status. I was concerned as the item took longer to arrive than anticipated so I contacted Garminbands and they reassured me- the delivery to Australia was longer due to world events. Then when I received it I had ordered incorrectly! Garminbands agreed for me to return the band and replaced my order. The quality of my new leather band is exceptional.

Im really happy with my order. Fantastic bans bought for my fenix5s and fenix6s. Quality and lookwise 10/10. I had problems with my original ones for years... So far, It seems that my skin does not have any nasty reaction to the new ones. If it is ok, Ill buy my stuff from here, Im tired of trying to find hypoalergenic silicone bands. Any way, great customer service and great products. So, highly recomended.

Deceptive website, I thought I was buying direct from Garmin.

Fake pictures of product, terrible design nothing like actual garmin straps and no way to return

First some positives: The site is easy to navigate and the check-out process works well.

Now the negatives: When you receive the payment confirmation via email, it states that you will receive the parcel number within 12 hours and that it would arrive within 24 to 48 hours (if the destination address is close enough to France, which was the case). No notifications were sent within 12 hours, and the package did not arrive within 48 hours.

I waited for two days, and still no email.

If you then want to contact customer service and click on the hyperlink provided in the payment confirmation email to access the contact form, you're led to a website which tells you that that service is not working anymore.

On the website of mygarminstraps you can write to a chatbox, but when I used it, it told me that no customer sales rep was available and that an email would be sent to me to follow up.

At this point in time, having read also the comments here, I assumed that I was scammed, and ordered the stainless steel bracelet I wanted from Amazon. Later on that second day, I did get a notification that my bracelet from mygarminstraps was on its way.

This leads me to my second criticism: the stainless steel bracelet is extremely expensive. The one I ordered from amazon is the spitting image and feels exactly the same as the one I have received from mygarminstraps. They are probably produced by the same manufacturer (the quality appears to be good). Except that on amazon one pays 16 EUR (brand: Sundaree), whereas on mygarminstraps one pays 50-80 EUR. I understand that a smaller retailer needs to make more of a margin than amazon, but the price difference is enormous and does not seem justifiable to me.

I emailed with a query about not receiving a tracking number. Someone replied straight away with the number.

These bands/straps are awful. Feel more like sandpaper. They don’t reply to emails /messages.

Only ordered from here as their site is misleading to make you think they are Garmin. Got an email today to say my package was delivered to my address. Arrived home and surprised, no package was delivered.

Definitely suspect- trying there hardest not to refund or replace.

Goods where advertised as available within 3-4 days to uk one month later I am still waiting.
Asked to cancel order as needed a band quickly as mine had broken as they couldn’t give me a delivery date and only responded with an ai message.
Have read elsewhere that there bands are complete rubbish so please avoid at all costs

Please avoid if you can. I, like many others, wanted to upgrade my Garmin watch band and fell for the 'My Garmin straps' like a fool thinking it was a genuine Garmin subbrand. They've even got Garmin's little blue triangle logo on it for goodness' sake. The strap arrives quickly enough, but the quality is poor. Also, when they say you can return the item if not 100% satisfied, read the small print - although they look like they're based in the UK and have a UK phone number, THEY ARE NOT. The small print says you'll need to pay for the return, and guess what - also pay a customs charge which in total is basically the value of the strap. I hope the next individual landing on their website is more intelligent than me and will do their research. Also, they will not get back to you on chat!! I asked them to cancel my order before they posted it through chat and never heard back from them, just had the strap delivered. SHOCKING!

I bought the quick fit strap stainless steel band and since I'm in Canada it costs me xtra $$$ for duty fees which I wasn't informed there was. For 100$CAD the product is really cheap, the clip keeps coming off and my watch becomes loose all the time. I'm not returning it because they don't pay returns and it will cost me more just to return it. I highly NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone. It's garbage.

I bought two relatively expensive bands from mygarminbands and the paint is chipping off and one of the band loops has already detached.

They manually processed my exchange process and where very helpful throughout ! Went above and beyond to make it smoother

What was a poor start to my purchase experience not due to the seller but the parcel was lost, I reached out to Margot where she ever so kindly admitted the parcel had been lost, however, as she wanted to deliver a premium service sent another band at her expense. Margot was a please to deal with and recommend her service.
