What I liked is that when I had a chat with an agent,he/she helped me well and what I didn't like is that I had a few of deductions that I didn't understand with a few of memberships that I don't know.

I was being charged without being informed about it first

The experience was ok because i had a problem about a money issue and after messaging with their support team, Kurt, who's the escalation manager contacted me directly through email to find a way for refunding. So yeah, it's cool!

You have been great in assisting in this process and your service has been top notch. I will ensure this does not happen again.

I have a deduction from this merchant. I haven't bought any items from them or even subscribed to anything. Like were do i even get assistance

I did not agree to any membership or agree that any money was to be deducted from my account. Therefore I demand my funds back and stop any further deductions. Thank you for responding so quickly to the cancellation.

Having my issue resolved

Somehow I managed to accidentally subscribe to mygamemerch and only realised when I saw my account debited. I contacted mygamemerch online and got a prompt response followed by an email offering to refund the debit, which I appreciated
