The guy who came over was lovely and did an amazing job. The furniture was left as good as new! Only issue is that the gentleman doesn't have all items on his list to repair so he could only do 3 or the 4 items.

Kept fully up to date when the part was expected and appointment and visit by the tradesman Brian was when they said.

Very professional engineer, arrived early and did a great job making the stain almost invisible, would definitely recommend

If I could pick on one slight area for improvement it would be the time waiting for an appointment can take a week or so which is me being very picky.
Still a 10/10 service!

I'm very pleased that I got my bed working again. Alex the bloke who came today was here early because he text me to say that he would be earlier than the time given. Then he rang me to say that he would be about 20 minutes and he was.

The guy who came around was lovely (sorry can’t remember his name) he was efficient very friendly and solved and fixed the problem!

The guy came out and did a fantastic job all scratches and marks all painted and tables look new

Technician phoned about 15 minutes before arriving. After a thorough appraisal of the situation he was able to formulate a resolution. When completed he showed both myself and wife how to deal with the problem should it recur.

I am satisfied with the service. The young man came at a reasonable hour. Kind and polite and even took his shoes off at the door.
He was able to fix the problem with lil issue clean up after himself.

The man arrived when he said he would and made an assesment about the problem within minutes he then said that he could sort it out no problem and did so within one hour. A lovely polite friendly guy and a very professional service

Technician was very professional, and explained exactly the issue I had. 5 star service. The only issue I had was having to go online to make the booking as I’m not a tech savvy
