Fjallraven Black Kanken Outlong Backpack

Item came as described new and original. Customer service was great especially when I wanted a different color then the one I chose initially. Only issue was i should've researched more concerning the Kanken backpack sizes they are smaller then shown in pictures. Hopefully in the future will get a larger size kanken.

I love Kanken bags. This size is great for college or work. Carries A4 size files, books & more. Kanken is known for their vibrant colours but I got an unusual design & colour. Bought the shoulder straps (personal choice) for comfort. Very pleased with my product. Ordering was easy & the processing, delivery was professional & efficient. I canceled 3 separate orders I made…

I canceled 3 separate orders I made from Turkey on 20 and 21 December 2024, 1 day after the order was received. However, My Fox Bag shipped via DHL cargo. The return fee is deducted on a product-by-product basis for each order. They deducted almost as much refund money as a purse money. Even though I returned the products before they were shipped, I want a refund of the money deducted from me and the money I paid for the products I returned.

Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped from our warehouse as they are already in transit.
Due to you placing an international order, you are responsible for the customs charges.
These are the fees which have been set by your country's customs regulations.
As these were returned back to us from the courier due to the customs not being paid, we do have to charge for the shipping as these costs need to be covered.
You have been provided a refund but unfortunately we cannot refund the shipping costs. -Team My Fox Bag

I can’t really review the product as I…

I can’t really review the product as I didn’t receive it , however I will review how the company dealt with it , I reported to Royal Mail and they said I needed report to seller , I did this and to be fair they did respond immediately but by the time they got round to offering a replacement it was too late for the date I needed the item so they did refund me took around ten days for that to happen but they had to investigate so I think that’s reasonable, so as I can’t score it I will say they responded swiftly and efficiently to my missing item

I'm really happy with the Fjallraven…

I'm really happy with the Fjallraven Women's Karla Hydratic Jacket I bought. It fits well and is very close to what I wanted in terms of color, material, and fit! After using it, it meets my requirements for windproof, breathable, and waterproof. The details are exactly as described, and I'm so pleased.

Shopping online requires being careful about size, material, and details, so it's important to take the time to thoroughly check all the content and photos.

The package arrived within the specified date, and I try to avoid ordering too close to big shopping seasons.

Slow and Poor Customer Service

I made a purchase and realised I’d ordered the wrong size so sent them an email and was informed by Sue she would cancel the order no problem.
Days went by and communication ignored so I called them yesterday and later received a cancellation notification.
Been 24 hrs since receiving the notification and no refund in my bank as yet.
Better to buy fjallraven off Amazon.

We typically need 24 working hours to process cancellations, as our offices are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. We spoke to you first thing Monday morning confirming your cancellation was in the process of being completed. Please note that refunds usually take 3-5 working days to appear in the original payment method, which was initiated on the 28 October and successfully processed on October 30th. I’ve been shopping at the Fjällräven Manchester store, run by MyFoxBag, for a few years now, and every experience has been exceptional. The variety of products they offer is impressive—from the classic Kånken backpacks to high-performance trekking gear. Whether I’m buying for an outdoor trip or just everyday use, I always find exactly what I need.

What really sets this store apart is the level of customer service. The staff are not only knowledgeable but genuinely enthusiastic about the products and the brand. On multiple occasions, they’ve helped me pick the right gear for my hikes, offering advice that clearly comes from a place of experience.
