Turkish Airlines were appalling when we had a flight cancelled, the staff at Istanbul Airport did not have a clue what to do.We were pushed from pillar to post and eventually put up in a hotel 9 hours after our flight was due to leave. We will never use them again.

I desperately needed to get a cheap and affordable flight to Nigeria on the 23rd, and I only started the booking process on the 21st. Irene was beyond patient with me. She gave me several options since the direct flight I initially wanted was overly expensive. I eventually got a great deal on Turkish airlines. The best part was that I didn't need to travel to London; I could fly from my local airport. The next best thing was the transit times were not long at all. Overall, I had a great experience booking my flight. The ease was mainly due to the travel agent's patience, calmness and politeness. I will be using this service in the future.
