The program gives me confidence because it seems to ask all the “right” questions. I look over my return afterwards and see everything just where it should be, without my having to relearn my way around the 1040 every year. Plus! The CA / US tax treaty is calculated seamlessly.

Their support takes 5+ days to respond and when they do, they do not read the original email and respond with canned messages that doesn't answer your question.
The platform also doesnt function as advertised. For filling returns, it works somewhat, but for amending returns, there is no section for anything to do with living abroad or form 1116 that is needed. They tell you to "fill it out" when the screenshots provided clearly shows it has been - and there is no point of submitting an amendment without form 1116 for expats and there is no way to add it.
Now they are ignoring my refund requests and responding with automated messages that do not help.
I am now forced to request refund through paypal and reporting them multiple times to the IRS.
