Great service quick delivery 4th time ordering

Although I needed to iron out the pleats from the canvas, the quality of the stones makes the picture stand out and truly beautiful.

Very nice items. Easy to deal with, have bought from many times.

Took a little time getting here But was well worth it, every thing I hoped for and got some AB's unexpectedly. Would use this method on any more I want to go from My pictures to a Square PD. Am doing it now so no show and tell.

I ordered three of the champagne special cut items. One of them has a striped black line in it and I wrote to the company and it's undeliverable I would like another one sent to me to replace the one that's got the black line in it I sent a picture with it and haven't heard back yet I would just like to replace the
one that's bad and then I've got an order ready for four more once I hear back from them. It was the purple one.

I was disappointed with the quality of the mydiamondpainting canvases AND the fact that the order was not shipped for more than 2 weeks.

I ordered two diamond paintings for my son's birthday. First they didn't arrive in time. That's fine - it happens.

Then they didn't arrive at all. They have never arrived, and all of my emails are ignored.

Horrible online shopping experience. AVOID THIS COMPANY

I placed an order 2/8/24. Immediately I realized their system changed my address too PO Box. That is not my address. I sent an email advising of the correct address. I received an auto reply stating it was Chinese New Year they would return to the office 2/16. I contacted again on 2/19 to verify address change. The reply was you were out of 2 of the items. Should they replace with similar items. I responded 2/20 cancel entire order. 2/21 I received email stating “ Sorry for the delay, we got them restocked now. How about we refund you the shipping fee 6.99usd as compensation and you kindly keep the order?” I responded 2/21. Have you changed my mailing addresss? No answer
2/24 I remained cancel entire order 2nd request. Still no answer as of 3/2/24

Got my stuff in a timely fashion!

I have only purchased 1 time. There is only the best products here, i would be a loyal customer .I really would like to purchase from this company, but I'm worried the scams for other handlers an things will steal. Can someone Please help me so I know this place is working . I see half good an half fake things from others.

I ordered the mystery box ...for 3. And all o got was 3 dp. That are the worst I have ever seen. Thanks for nothing.
