Incomplete product, refusal to refund, and unethical practices



This was one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. I waited about a month to receive a diamond art kit, only for it to arrive missing several pieces. Customer service told me it would take another month just to receive replacements.

After starting the project, I discovered even more pieces were missing, making it impossible to complete. This was supposed to be a gift, and due to their delays and incomplete product, it became useless.

When I requested a refund for a clearly defective item, they refused. Instead, they said I would have to ship the product back to China at my own expense—something that would cost nearly as much as the item itself.

Even more concerning, after I left a negative review, they offered me a 50% refund if I removed it. This kind of behavior is extremely unprofessional and raises serious concerns about their business practices.

I strongly advise others to avoid this company. Based on my experience, you risk receiving an incomplete product and having no reasonable way to resolve it.

Thank you for your response, but I want to clarify a few points.

The issue was not just “2 missing diamonds.” Multiple pieces were missing from the kit, and additional items were discovered missing after I began working on it. This made the product unusable for its intended purpose as a gift.

I was also informed that it would take a minimum of 3 weeks to receive the replacement pieces, on top of the month I had already waited for delivery. This delay made it impossible to complete the item in time.

While you offered partial refunds, I requested a full refund because the product was incomplete and not as described. Requiring me to pay to ship the item back to China at my own expense is not a reasonable solution, especially when the item arrived defective.

I also want to address your claim that my actions are “fraud and defamation.” This is simply not accurate. I have provided an honest account of my experience, which is supported by our communication and the condition of the product I received.

I stand by my review so other customers can make informed decisions.

Also, after posting this review, the company has continued to contact me offering a partial refund in exchange for removing my review. I have declined. I believe reviews should reflect honest customer experiences and not be influenced by incentives.

If you could not wait, we had told you we could refund 60% and still reissue the missing diamonds to you as show our gesture.

But you still ask for full refund, it is unacceptable cause you had received your items, your all actions are nothing short of fraud and defamation.
So hope we could negiate with each other better.

Thieves .parcel returned and now not responding to emails

I changed my address but the parcel was sent to my old address. It was returned to Peggybuy. I have written 3 times to find out the status and now to get a refund. They have ignored my emails and not responded and as such are thieves as I do not have the goods I bought nor have they given me a refund or communicated with me. Do not trust them or Ecoolbuy. Used to be honest but not anymore. Note. The package was returned by the courier company not me.
