Diana is the nicest person and the most caring dentist you could ask for.

Absolutely awful experience. I drove 20 miles for my scheduled appointment, only to be told when I arrived that the dentist had called in sick. The receptionist claimed they had called me and left a voicemail, but I never received one. I even showed my phone to prove there was no missed voicemail, but there was no apology or attempt to investigate. Instead, the receptionist seemed completely uninterested and dismissive.

To make matters worse, I was charged £74 despite the appointment not going ahead through no fault of my own. Wasting my time, fuel, and money with such poor communication and a lack of customer care is unacceptable. I won’t be returning and certainly wouldn’t recommend this practice

I have aways had very good service I have been with Mr butcher.for yrs and his his staff I aways recommend,

( MyDentist, Hereson Road, Ramsgate). Recently and at very short notice i have kindly been looked at with two issues with two teeth. I have been seen by Alistair Imam and most recently by Andrew Bayross (Andy). I can only say that they have both restored my faith in going to the Dentist, they are both great dentists ! I hope to have some amalgam fillings replaced and some front teeth whitening done in the very near future as of the positive experience i have received. Again thank you to Lucie Drake the treatment Co-ordinator for getting me in at very short notice, i'm so grateful.

The Dentist, Mircea, did a great job extracting a damaged tooth. It was cracked, so in danger of coming apart during the process, but Mircea was patient and v very careful – no pain, no damage. Thanks!

I was left with not being able to close my teeth together. Despite complaining I felt that I was being ushered out the door.

I needed a dentist nhs and couldn’t find one anywhere. I finally got accepted to this one in Bath. They were brilliant and I got an appointment the next day! I was advised I needed 2 fillings. I got seen by a dentist called Fatima. Herself and her assistant were brilliant. I was worried as never had a filling before. I decided to go for a white one as it was nearer the front and she did an incredible job. I was worried about finances and was able to pay for just one at a time. You couldn’t even notice I had anything done, in a good way,. It just matches perfectly with my other teeth annd can’t even tell which is the repaired too just by looking. Even the injections which I was dreading didn’t actually hurt! The colour matched exactly and doesn’t feel ‘wrong or weird’in my mouth. I went from being apprehensive to actually impressed!

I don’t normally write reviews for things but I didn’t have a lot of faith due to hearing a lot of friends horror stories with dentists and I was pleased to say I had nothing to worry about.

I consider that my first visit to the Hygienist was very relaxed, positive and professional. My second visit to the dental consultant was particularly enjoyable if that’s possible. I recognised that both staff members really worked as a team. They knew exactly what procedures and equipment was needed and worked proficiently.

I find the dentist that I use is very friendly and puts you at ease as soon as you walk into is room

I have adhd i keep telling them this so I do have memory issues so I thought my appointment was 12 not 11 and the receptionist was cold and was like oh u missed it yeah I had a text yesterday but if if they knew I was late a phone call or a another reminder this morning would of been great there needs to be more support for those with neurological issues not just physical issues 😕 also receptionists need to be more cheerful i getting really nervous speaking to any of them.on the counter due to how they come across

Just had my annual check up at My Dentist Wrexham with Mausami and her nurse, A warm welcome and thorough check up. They were so kind I was on crutches following an accident making my visit so easy

We’ve attended this dentist for over 18 years now. We get seen to quickly when we need appointments and the dentist is great. My youngest son is autistic and has sensory issues with his teeth. To help him overcome his fears the dentist sees him every 3 months and has got me to tickle him and he checks while my son laughs. It’s such a relief to have understanding with a healthcare professional and for him to adapt to my sons needs rather than him to refuse treatment or risk traumatising my son.

Efficient. Communicative. No waiting. Receptionist are very helpful, sending reminders in good time. Best dentist I've ever been to and I'm 70. She's excellent at her job. Had an awkward extraction some time ago which she completed in minutes. No pain. No problems since.
