Friendly, efficient and professional

On entering the practice, i was greeted kindly by the receptionist, who took my details and payment. After a short wait, i was called in to see my practitioner. Again, i was greeted with kindness and respect.
The practitioner explained all throughout the appointment, and agreed that no follow up appointment was necessary.
A great new practice surgery, which is very clean and hygienic.

My doctor is Mariusz Tomasz Filipek and the 1st time I went to visit him was to fill my tooth then he filled my tooth while it was infected. And since then, 2 weeks have passed and I couldn't eat because it hurted so much and I suffered for 2 weeks. And then he did a root canal on my tooth. Then after that there was another gum infection so I went to him again. Then on 4th of June I booked an appointment and then he cancelled the appointment then again on 30th of June I booked an appointment but then he cancelled it again and then on 13th of July I booked another appointment which he cancelled. And for the appointment my Husband had to come off of work, he couldn't work, and now on 1 side I cannot eat anything. And he keeps cancelling my appointments. Previously they have cancelled my appointments but this time they've done it 3 times and I am very disappointed.

I thought the entire experience was pleasant. Both reception staff and medical personnel were caring, efficient and professional.
