I eecently ordered and paid for the CPAP mask which waa delivered.
However,
I have never received the order confirmation nor a tax invoice for it.
I sent an email to your office via the "contact us" on your platform requesting a tax invouce for it,
but never received a reply nor an ackbowledgement of my request.

Hi Simon
I have sent you a copy of the invoice and strangely could not see any request for contact. The confirmation is automatically sent when you place the order and is the same as the address linked to this so may have gone to spam. As for getting tax invoices for health fund, we usually do this for the machines and only do this for masks and accessories upon request.
