How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?
Delivery times depend on the model. In-stock sofas typically ship within 1–2 weeks. Made-to-order sofas take longer — always check the product page for the estimated delivery window. UK mainland delivery is £55, with optional assembly available at £45.
Will my sofa fit through my door?
Yes. Every Cozmo sofa arrives in boxes, so even our largest modular configurations fit through narrow doors, tight hallways and awkward stairwells. If you're unsure, send your doorway and hallway dimensions to hello@mycozmo.com and our team will confirm before you order.
How do I assemble my Cozmo?
Every Cozmo follows the same simple, no-tools assembly approach. You clip the frame together, drop the cushions in, and you're done. Assembly videos are available online, and our team is on hand by email or phone if you'd like a walk-through. If you'd rather we assembled it for you, add our £45 assembly service at checkout.
Can I order fabric swatches before I buy?
Yes. Order up to 9 free fabric swatches from mycozmo.com and they'll arrive within 2–4 days. Fabric reads differently in different light, so we always recommend checking swatches in your own space before choosing a cover.
What's your returns policy?
Full 30-day returns. If your Cozmo isn't right within 30 days of delivery, we'll arrange collection and refund you in full.
What's the frame guarantee?
The internal frame of every Cozmo is engineered to last, and we back it with a 15-year guarantee. The cushion interiors and removable jackets can also be replaced individually, so the sofa keeps going for longer.
Can I change the fabric later?

The true test of a Sofa is time
The true test of a sofa is time. We have had our Sofa for a year now and it's still looks in great considering 2 kids and pets. Fingers crossed it maintains it's shape and comfort in the future.

Love Cozmo, and our chair is ace!
We are so happy with our Cozmo Armchair. It looks incredible in our terrace bay window, and is super comfy. Well worth the investment without doubt. Love my new Cozmo sofa and armchair
Love my new Cozmo sofa and armchair - so comfortable and stylish. Very well designed and clever assembly system. Was worried about ordering a sofa as my front door is narrow but their innovative system is perfect as it arrives in boxes and they assemble it for you. Very sturdy and solid and the contemporary sofa fabrics are high quality. The filling is firm but soft enough to be cozy.

We've had our 1.5 seater a few months…
We've had our 1.5 seater a few months now and I can truly say we love it. It's low backed so not for everyone but its a great seat for lounging on and super comfy. Delivery service was great, the delivery men put the seat together for us. I will be purchasing a spare seat cover asap.

So pleased we ordered from Cozmo!
We are more than happy with our two two seater sofas, we have been looking for a long time and living in Dorset decided to go ahead and order on pictures we had seen on line. The delivery men put them together for us (which we weren't expecting) they were brilliant and what would have taken us a while took them no time at all! We are also going to purchase spare jackets which we think is a very good idea!

I went to the King's Cross showroom to…
I went to the King's Cross showroom to sit on the sofa before I bought it. It was very comfortable so ordered it straight away.
Arrived a lot quicker than expected and the lads that delivered it were brilliant. Built it for me and removed all the rubbish.
Couldn't fault the whole purchase process.
Had it just over a week now and still love it.
Couple of points... a) would be nice if the foot stool had storage, and b) make it clearer on the site that you do not have to buy the side cushions.
But that's only my views.
Overall brilliant service and a brilliant sofa.

Cozmo 3 seater
Ordered my cozmo green with cream piping 3 seater sofa. Updated at different stages through email. Arrived on time. Delivery company were efficient at setting everything up. I've had so many compliments on how gorgeous this couch is. Where did I get it. It's comfy and sits beautifully in my conservatory. Worth every penny. I love it.Will definitely buy a jacket to switch it up.
