Ordered my cozmo green with cream piping 3 seater sofa. Updated at different stages through email. Arrived on time. Delivery company were efficient at setting everything up. I've had so many compliments on how gorgeous this couch is. Where did I get it. It's comfy and sits beautifully in my conservatory. Worth every penny. I love it.Will definitely buy a jacket to switch it up.

I really like the sofa I chose and I had spent many months looking at different options. The wait time was as specified and delivery to Wales was included. The communication was good. I was a little nervous buying a big ticket item effectively 'online' (I did visit the Kings Cross showroom) but all's well that ends well.

What an incredible company, from the very beginning, visiting the showroom and talking through all the different options, colours and fabrics, they have been fantastic. I adore my new sofa, the company were so fantastic to deal with, we’re very kind to store the sofa until I was ready for it. The delivery was hassle free and managed to get the sofa easily through my very difficult tight doorway.

Wow !!! I have never received such excellent customer service before. Due to a supply issue there was a small delay on delivery but when the cozmo team stepped in they couldn't do enough to put it back on track and deliver my beautiful sofa, and that is the point, It is a beautifully designed sofa, very well made, good to look at and good to sit on.
Buying online can be a gamble but the quality of both product and customer service I can only highly recommend Cozmo to all

Very happy with our new sofa! Because of a tight hallway we needed something that could completely disassemble and weren't thrilled with the options on the market until we found Cozmo.

The customer service we received– from visiting the showroom to the delivery team was super. Ann went above and beyond to match us with a sofa that was available when we needed and we look forward to purchasing more pieces in the future.

Fantastic experience with Cozmo! From the flexibility around being able to visit the showroom, to the final delivery - I cannot recommend Cozmo enough. Very informative and friendly, and the sofa is excellent quality. My only suggestion would be to not turn down the delivery men’s offer of constructing the sofa - I learnt this to my own detriment as it wasn’t as easy as i had initially thought!!

We decided upon a sofa in the Cozmo range - ordering was easy and Cozmo communicated all the way. Unlike other things we’ve had delivered in London the delivery team were really efficient, polite and a pleasure to deal with - a rarity these days. The sofa itself is of good quality and very simple to assemble - we are pleased :)

We just got our (2nd!) sofa from Cozmo - the 2-seater sofa/armchair in sage green. I have to say we are total Cozmo converts. The service from beginning to end was amazing - the team were so helpful and patient - it took quite a lot of time and questions until I came to actually buying the sofas, as it was quite a major purchase for us (have not bought a sofa for 17 years!). They sent me all the swatches and were always there to answer my many queries before making a decision on colours etc. The delivery team that Cozmo use were just fantastic - friendly, on time, and put the sofas together for us for free. But ultimately the sofas are just awesome. They are soft enough to lounge on (I can't lie down on sofa for more than five minutes or I'll be asleep); soft, but also have structured back panel so that people with back trouble feel really supported on them. The measurements make the sofas deep, but not so deep that you fall into them and feel like you're sinking. The three-seater sofa is easily big enough for three people to sit on watching TV, but also perfect for one tall person to completely stretch out on and read/sleep/watch a movie. Since getting our Cozmo sofas, literally every visitor we have has admired them and asked where we got them. The sage green cotton is a sort of 'duck-egg green' and goes with any decor. I probably sound like I'm a marketing person for Cozmo, but I promise you I would genuinely recommend this company - our living room is just a pleasure to be in now. Only one ask... can you make a Cozmo sofa-bed? Thank you Cozmo for transforming our living room into a super comfortable and stylish place!

Love our sofa and chair, looks fantastic and really comfy (the right level of firmness, not too soft, not too hard). Pleasantly surprised by the delivery time too, arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected and the delivery team was excellent.

I could not be more thrilled with my Cozmo purchase. I took a gamble as I didn’t try the sofa before purchasing, but it’s exceeded my expectations. It’s super stylish, easy to assemble and the most comfortable, snug-inducing sofa.
