Ordered as a gift, disappointing
Ordered as a gift, arrived promptly. Much upper small to fit over my daughter’s hand, flimsy quality not very nicely packaged. Sent a label for a return quite quickly but the actual refund took over two weeks

Sorry to hear you were disappointed with the bangle you chose. In response to the points you made, the bangle is made from silver not steel so is naturally more flexible. It is designed to be opened and closed slightly to enable it to go directly over the wrist without having to pass the hand through it. Regarding your refund, we sent the return label on the day requested and money was returned on the same day the item arrived back to us, as is our policy. Any delay in you receiveing the money will be down to banks and not ourselves. Everyone has the right to a refund and we don't see any value in not returning the money immediately.
