Reliable and Trustworthy Team
I had my Audi towed to mycar Sylvania due to an EPC/engine fault. The team carried out a thorough diagnostic, clearly explained the fault codes, and even swapped components between cylinders to help pinpoint the issue.
What I really appreciated was their transparent approach – they provided a clear inspection report, outlined possible causes, and advised me to monitor before spending on unnecessary repairs. I also had a routine service done at the same time, which was handled smoothly.
The staff were professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with. It gave me peace of mind knowing the car was in safe hands.
