It’s a nope from me. Avoid if you have a 🐱
Went for a standard service and Mycar wrongly diagnosed that my car needed a whole engine replacement. It’s a 12 yr old car that has only done 70,000km and always had its services done on time. Was then just casually asked if I’d just get a new car, like it’s nothing. Might be female, but I’m not an idiot.
Took to a dealership where it was diagnosed with needing a thermostat replacement and a small oil leak. Cost me less than half of what mycar quoted me and none of the stress.
Only good thing is that MyCar fully refunded me the cost of the service that they didn’t do.

Pricing online for a 60K 2022 Ford Ranger Higher than advertised
Pricing online for a 60K 2022 2 wheel drive Ford Ranger service was $725.25. We were charged $911.80 less $91.10 for apprentice discount total $820.71. Called branch manager, was not able to help, tried calling head office several times, but always goes to message saying they are too busy. Called another branch and the same service was quoted $849. pricing is all over the place. Sent Complaint to HQ

Staff were courteous and polite. However I was told of additional needed repair when I turned up to collect the car as notified. Better coordination is appreciated.
